The building has undergone "ecobonus 110%" works and has therefore been totally renovated. Apartment with new modern furnishings, equipped with everything (in particular two new Mitsubishi air conditioners: in the living room and in the bedroom), with covered condominium parking and very close to the train station and the highway entrance, a short walk from the center and along a beautiful Corso... on which it is located...! Nice house in the hills above Pistoia. It is a few degrees cooler than in the city, and you have a beautiful view. We enjoyed the chickens scratching around and the sweet cat. Also, in the evening, a lot of fireflies could be seen. Annalisa is very friendly and caring.

House with wonderful views. The journey is a bit adventurous, but that is probably part of such a small mountain village (as well as the delicious local pizzeria). We used the accommodation as a base for excursions in the whole of Tuscany, but you could stay there for several days just for the landscape.

Magdalena welcomed us warmly and we felt very comfortable. House is a beautifully renovated old farmhouse. The accommodation was renovated with a lot of love, the brick ceiling is remarkable. From the property, there are many excursion destinations, Peschia, Montecarlo...or the mountain villages in the mountains. However, the roads to the mountains are quite narrow. However, there is also a cogwheel railway that leads to the mountain.

We booked this for a girls holiday and we had the best week. We didn’t hire a car, we walked to a few of neighbouring towns and got a taxi to Lucca, and a train to Florence one day. Neighbouring towns have small supermarkets and the walks to them were enjoyable, the scenery is truly incredible. Lucca is beautiful and has incredible markets, it’s a must see if you stay here. The villa itself is exactly as shown in the pictures, the pool area is gorgeous, we sat around the table every night for dinner, and when it’s dark there’s clusters of fireflies sparkling in the roses, it was magical. Stefania was great, very responsive and there if we needed her. We’d definitely recommend and book this villa again in the future!
