Очень рекомендуем. Чистая, удобная квартира со всем необходимым. Включая пляжные стульчики и зонт. До пляжа 600 метров напрямую. Внутри комплекса реальная зеленая зона и бассейн хороших размеров. Вокруг много магазинов и ресторанов. Цены ОЧЕНЬ И ОЧЕНЬ ДЕМОКРАТИЧНЫЕ, выбор огромен и качество на уровне. Хозяйка очень гостеприимная и доброжелательная. Реальность превзошла ожидания. Brilliant stay and great location, we was visiting family and will be booking again.

Es un piso mediano, para dos personas está perfecto. La terraza estaba muy bien, aunque hubo un problema con la persiana para llegar a ella por lo que no la pudimos aprovechar del todo. El lugar es muy agradable y en general estaba todo perfecto, limpio y ordenado cuando llegamos. Muy atento y amable Luigi!

Great stay, lovely place and well thought out and fully equipped kitchen. We travelled with a 2 year old and literally had everything we would need down to the plates and cutlery for kids. Hot tub was great with a nice garden space. We all enjoyed our stay and would deffos look to book this place again on our next visit

Idyllic apartment - presented with great color, thought, and imagination. Very bright and airy design. The outside terrace to the side is spacious and so nicely finished. Beach very accessible via a short and safe walk. Vera Playa beaches are expansive and excellently maintained. Maria's place is a total gem!

Apartamento limpio, bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. La terraza con el jacuzzi es una pasada. La piscina comunitaria es grande y con el agua calentito, está genial para los peques. La playa está muy cerquita y además hay comercios y restaurantes muy cerca. Ha sido genial poder meter el coche en el parking subterráneo, la plaza es muy grande y está enfrente de la puerta de acceso. La única cosa a tener en cuenta es que no es accesible ya que tiene escaleras para acceder a todo, pero hemos estado tan agusto que no nos ha importado. Sin duda un sitio para repetir. Ik denk dat alles al gezegd is door anderen. Waanzinnig uitzicht, fijn appartement op een heerlijke plek! Alsof we thuis waren. Intens genoten met ons gezin. (Om het wellicht NOG perfecter te maken, wij misten wel een waterkoker en kapstok voor jassen, maar goed dan gaan we zeiken om het zeiken ;) )

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend a visit. The property has spacious rooms, nice decor and a fab solarium. It's is a perfect location to reach beaches (about 15 mins by foot) Very close to Punta Marina shopping centre and all the restaurants and from there it's easy to explore the wider coastline and towns of Playa Flamenca and on to La Zenia and all they have to offer. Shaun was a perfect host. I'm sure we will be back!

Mikhail’s place was lovely, clean and very peaceful great swimming pool would definitely stay again.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Very good. The place was lovely and did what we needed. The communal pool is not heated but was 33m so great to exercise in and relax. The area was quiet as expected at this time of the year but Mil Palmeras or Cabo Roig were both within a 20 - 30 minute walk so plenty of people there The host was great responding to queries and help

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in het huis van Marta. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. De airco werkt ook prima in de winter om te verwarmen. Dankjewel voor je goede zorgen.

Todo estupendo. Tal vez avisar para personas mayores o con problemas de movilidad que tiene escaleras estrechas para acceder al apartamento. El lugar tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia genial. Alicia es muy atenta . El apartamento tiene mucha luz y es tranquilo. El mercadillo de los domingos está a la vuelta y es muy interesante. Los restaurantes, plaza de abasto, playas… muy cerca. La piscina es maravillosa y me informaron que está abierta todo el año. Es lugar es recomendable. Nos lo pasamos muy bien. Gracias Alicia

Andrés nos recibió a nuestra llegada y nos ofreció la parte más amplia de la casa debido al mal tiempo que venía para que estuviéramos más cómodas con los peques y había traído unas mantitas por si las necesitábamos. A la casa no le falta detalle, hay de todo, 3 habitaciones con su propio cuarto de baño, cocina sin estrenar, salón amplio con TV y WiFi con buena cobertura. Una terraza a la entrada y en la parte baja un amplio patio cerrado con TV, cocina y mesa para disfrutar. Ademas la parte que va hacia la piscina está cubierta y tiene bbq y horno para pizzas. La piscina la pudimos disfrutar para nosotros solos y los niños se quedaron enamorados de ella, La atención estupenda, se nos estropeó el agua caliente y como Andrés no puedo venir, envío a Bartolo que se ocupo de que todo se arreglará rápido. Las vistas son preciosas. La situación divina, apartada del centro del pueblo pero lo suficiente cerca como para ir dando un paseo. Nos quedamos muy contentas y seguro que volveremos

Flott leilighet med fantastisk beliggenhet, alt er i nærheten. Butikker, strand, restauranter. kort vei til bussterminal. God standard med alt du forventer av en moderne leilighet.

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

El ático es precioso, con todas las necesidades, amplio y muy muy bonito. Está muy bien ubicado a poca distancia de la playa. La piscina justo abajo es genial para refrescarte y los niños la disfrutaron muchísimo. Lo mejor la terraza! Es lo que más hemos disfrutado! Diana muy amable, contesta súper rápido y atenta a lo que necesites. Repetiremos sin duda.

The apartment is even better than the photos. The whole place was super clean and it all felt so new. It had everything we need for our family of 4 (8yr and 13yr old). The heated pool was perfect, espicially as it was April and the temperatures a bit cooler. Supermarket is only a few minutes walk away with the beach and shopping centre only a little further. Great apartment, great location. Definitely would stay again

Fantastic stay the apartment was spotless well equipped, it had everything we could need, close to all amenities in walking distance. Great use of all three pools. We loved it that much we will be booking again for next year 😎

La descripción es precisa, es un lugar seguro y tranquilo, buena piscina, solárium y mesas para comer fuera. Los hosts están disponibles en cualquier momento y son muy agradables, un 10 para ellos. Estuvimos un mes y contábamos con cocinar y hacer barbacoas pero al final casi no usamos la cocina ya que estaba llena de grasa por todas partes. La barbacoa declinamos usarla porque también necesitaba una limpieza. una pena porque tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar. Muy contentos pero lo estropea un poco la limpieza. Necesitaría renovar la ropa de cama Del resto bien. Para largas estancias quizá se agradecía una smart TV

Die 4 Wochen waren traumhaft. Wetter und die Golfplätze sind nur zu empfehlen. Sehr schöne Anlage, und gut gepflegt. Wir können jedem die Wohnung empfehlen..

Amelia was a great host , her place was impecable , easy to find , easy to check in. Had everything we wished for. Great location close to amenities and restaurants. Overall a very nice and enjoyable place for our break. Thank you Amelia and will definetly come again 😚👋🏝
