Fresh and large patio overlooking 500 mk. of garden and very enjoyable private pool. Charming view of the sea which is a few meters away from the villa a few meters away from the villa. Numerous white sand beaches easily reachable on foot. The village of Calan 'Bosh can always be reached on foot with many bars, shops and restaurants.

Located above a cliff facing the sea, with gorgeous views and private descent to the sea from the house (shared access with the neighboring house. Look at the sea conditions and check the safety instructions before going down). It has 3 suites with bathroom and sea views (one of them in the tower). 1 double room and one bunk bed for 4-6 people, which share a bathroom. Completely renovated house in 2020.

Our typical "casita menorquina" is situated 100m from Cala Blanca, a lovely crystal clear small beach with restaurants and bars. It's located in a very tranquil neighbourhood, inside a small condo with 3 other similar houses sharing a big swimming pool. The house has a big private outdoor area with garden and BBQ facilities and... the best... a rooftop terrace with chill out area and a gorgeous sea/sunset view. The house has 2 rooms with air conditioning.
