Wir hatten als Familie mit zwei Kids (5 und 7) einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Fantastische Sitzplätze, viel Platz und grundsätzlich gute Ausstattung (v.a. Küche). Der Pool war erfrischend und einiges kühler als das Baden im Meer, aber immernoch benutzbar im Oktober. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und gleich um die Ecke der Cova d’en Xoroi (5min. zu Fuss). Insbesondere die Stimmung am Abend mit den Sonnenuntergängen ist sehr schön. Ins Zentrum und an den Strand von Cala d’en Porter fuhren wir jeweils mit dem Mietauto, wobei es für Erwachsene gut zu Fuss machbar wäre. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und wir haben die Unterkunft sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Victor hat auch reibungslos geklappt. Muchas Gracias an Victor!

Maison propre et calme. Extérieur incroyable avec une jolie terrasse. Très fonctionnelle. Olga est très réactive et accueillante. Dommage la piscine était froide à cette époque mais elle a l'air incroyable. Le seul bémol est qu'il y a un peu d'humidité à l'intérieur mais il faut penser à bien aérer toute la journée.

We found ourselves in a lovely apartment with a very quiet surrounding and the perfect size for a couple. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is very clean. We were positively surprised to not only find towels for the bathroom, but for the beach as well. There are a few restaurants very close by and the beautiful beach and food stores are in close walking distance. We could eat on the small terrace from where you can see a bit of the ocean. Sadly, the sun would never touch the terrace and it sometimes felt a bit like a cave, with a cozy interior though. This might be perfect during the hot summertime, but it’s a bit cold for the end of September. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our one week stay very much and would recommend it warmly.

Un appartement très mignon dans un petit village de pêcheurs absolument adorable. On s’est sentis comme à la maison, avec le doux bruit de la mer en plus 😊nous avions l’impression d’être dans un endroit exceptionnel, comme il n’y en a pas d’autre à Minorque. Eva est à l’écoute, elle recommande plein de bons plans visite et restos. A faire.

Sehr schöne, zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Leider etwas zu laut durch den Lieferverkehr des gegenüberliegenden Supermarlt. Viktoria war die perfekte Gastgeberin, einfach zu erreichen, sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und reaktionsschnell. Wenn man nicht den ganzen Tag in der Unterkunft verbringen will, ein Top-Tip.

Paula ha estado atenta en todo momento. Me facilitó una modificación de fechas por problemas que tuve en mi reserva de vehículo, conseguí modificar fechas sin problemas ni coste adicional. Queria que pasasemos buenas vacaciones y con esta flexibilidad lo consiguió. Hemos estadao muy agusto, eramos 3 adultos y dos niños pequeños, y era perfecta. Muy ordenada y limpia y Paula en todo momento se ha preocupado por nosotros y nos ha facilitado sitios para visitar. Repetiremos!!

In der Unterkunft haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt und wir konnten zum Glück direkt nach der Ankunft und vor 15 Uhr einchecken. Der Host hat immer ausserordentlich schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet, uns immer geholfen und uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind da und die Wohnung war dafür super geeignet. Der Pool ist wenig besucht, weshalb wir ihn immer für uns alleine hatten. Auch das Meer war sehr schön und schnell zu Fuss zu erreichen. Ein sehr toller Aufenthalt und eine Unterkunft, die sehr zu empfehlen ist.

Jero ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, der Check in war unkompliziert und durch Schlüsselsafe flexibel. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, man kann alles fussläufig erreichen. Es war alles sauber und nett eingerichtet, wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Außerdem hat Jero uns noch gute Tipps gegeben, was Ausflüge und gute Restaurant betrifft. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder :)

Rosi's place is perfect for peace and relaxation, with unique views of sunsets being just a few minutes from Ciutadella. It has all the amenities you might need for a longer stay and the beach nearby is almost like a private cove, just for the residents. We would love to be back sometime.

Très bonne semaine dans cette petite maison un peu ancienne mais avec tout le confort et propre avec une très belle situation au calme avec une magnifique vue et les commodités à 5 min en voiture dont une très belle plage de sable. Notre hôte Lorenzo était très gentil; nous reviendrons avec plaisir avec nos deux enfants de 3 et 7 ans

Merci Jean-Philippe, les instruction étaient claires; Le logement propre et fonctionnel. Tout est bien pensé. Chaises de plage très pratiques. La proximité avec le bar et la piscine parfaite. Très beaux paysages sauvage et protégés. Nous n'avions pas loué de voiture, nous avons donc pu prendre le bus 32 (arrêt bus près du bar) qui mène à Mahon (Capitale) et Aliaor (correspondance pour ciutadella). La quartier est paisible, propre avec pas très loin une boulangerie, un tabac, un supermarché, un loueur de voiture et centre médical; La plage magnifique et eau cristaline avec un bar qui sert également des plats.

Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable. El lugar es muy tranquilo , un entorno precioso al lado del mar, cerca de Mahón y de Sant Luís. La casa es muy grande y bonita , tal como se describe y se ve en las fotos. Está muy bien equipada para pasar unas cómodas vacaciones en familia o con amigos. La piscina y la zona ajardinada es muy bonita. Montserrat estuvo atenta y respondió rápidamente a nuestras preguntas.

Logement très agréable en avril, peu de monde dans la résidence. L’appartement est propre. Les photos laissent penser qu’il y a un 2eme étage avec balcon ce qui n’est pas le cas, l’appartement est de plein pied avec un espace ouvert devant. L’agence qui gère est très réactive et efficace. Je recommande!!

Chouette séjour de 4 nuits dans cet appartement fonctionnel avec balcon agréable. Je rajouterais juste 4 verres à vin dans la cuisine sinon tout est nickel :-) . Il est facile de garer sa voiture, une station service et un supermarché pas loin c’est pratique.

Pasamos unos días fantásticos. El alojamiento es tal y como se describe y se ve en las fotos. Muy funcional y acogedor. Es perfecto para ir en familia o amigos. Aunque en este último caso hay que tener en cuenta que sólo hay una cama doble. Son Parc es lo que es: un conjunto residencial turístico muy tranquilo, algo alejado eso sí, y con una play preciosa. A nosotros nos funcionó a la perfección por su buena relación calidad-precio y también porqué levantarse con las vistas que tiene la terraza del mar no tiene precio. Repetiríamos sin duda. Y además Elsa fue muy amable y siempre estuvo rápida en responder cualquier duda.

The location of Rachel’s house was perfect and the position right on the water was incredible. We loved the patio overlooking the ocean and it was so special to walk the couple minutes to the swimming cove. We went to some other beaches on the island but in the last few days we realized there was no reason to leave the house and swimming cove. It was perfect! There are a couple small stores within walking distance and cute town of Binbecca Vell just 5 minutes walk or so. Wouldn’t want to be any closer or it would feel too close to the crowds. The house is also very close to one of the nicest restaurants on the island with an incredible roof deck—Bambu. Highly recommend. We drove all over the island and were really glad we chose Rachel’s house. Rachel was really helpful and gave us lots of suggestions about what to do, where to shop, eat, etc. Highly recommend this beautiful house!

Nous avons séjourné à 7 dans le logement. Il est très bien équipé (tout ce qui est mentionné plus des Tupperware et des glaçons , idéal pour les pique niques…). Le logement est très sympa et conforme à la description. Marc est très réactif quand on lui adresse un message. Je recommande vivement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren, 10-tägigen Aufenthalt mit der gesamten Familie (Großeltern, Eltern, Enkelkinder). Das Haus und der Garten bieten auch für viele Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Bedürfnissen genug Platz zum Zusammenkommen und Zurückziehen. Obwohl es schon Mitte Oktober war, konnten wir den gemütlichen Außenbereich für alle Mahlzeiten und zum Ausspannen nutzen (wenn auch einige Maßnahmen gegen Mücken nötig waren). Laurence hat uns im Vorfeld über alle Dinge, die das Haus betreffen, informiert. Auch über Unternehmungen auf der Insel. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Sara's place was perfect for what we required. We were in Menorca for a wedding for a long weekend and ideally located in Binibequer area - super easy to walk into town for bars & restaurants or the beach. Really usefull little supermarket night next door as well for any essentials. House was very clean and had everything in the desciption including table tennis equipment. Sara also aloud us a slightly later checkout on final day as we had a lot of time to kill before our flight. I would highly recommend!

A path leads past well-maintained greenery towards a white-walled house with a sloped roof. Surrounding stone walls and a manicured lawn frame the outdoor space, while a clear blue sky adds brightness to the scene.

La nostra estada a Villa Mar ha estat molt satisfactòria. La caseta és còmoda, pràctica i agradable. La dutxa, barbacoa i terrassa exterior fan que només passis estones a dins per cuinar i dormir. L'aparcament sempre assegurat al costat de l'entrada. I la comunitat molt ben cuidada.

Superbe villa dans une pinède au calme à 20mn de l'aéroport en voiture, à 5mn à pieds de la mer. À environ 20mn à pieds du magnifique village blanc de Binibeca. Boulangerie et petit supermarché à proximité. Villa cosy et agréable très bien équipée convient parfaitement pour 8 personnes entre amis ou en famille. Idéalement placée pour visiter en voiture les plus beaux lieux de l'île. Merci à Guillaume pour les échanges et informations communiquées, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons à 200% ce logement.

Das Ambiente von Peres Haus ist toll und die Außenanlage macht den Besuch besonders. Drinnen sind die Möbel teilweise etwas älter und es könnte an einigen Stellen etwas gründlicher gereinigt werden, aber damit kann man bei dem Preis gut leben. Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft!

Sa Blanca. Impresionantes vistas

Lo mejor de la casa de Aitor es su extraordinaria ubicación, por las vistas que ofrece, tanto hacia Cala Pregonda como hacia los campos hacia el sur. No nos cansamos de disfrutarlas a toda hora. No es necesario ir a ningún faro para ver el atardecer, los mejores se ven desde la terraza. Mucha intimidad, no hay casas en las cercanías. La piscina cumple su función los días de calor. La casa está muy bien equipada, muy bien vivida, nos sentimos como en casa. Solo tomar en cuenta que esta ubicación privilegiada y aislada implica que no hay pueblos/restaurantes cercanos para ir a cenar, por lo cual llegada la noche nos dio bastante pereza salir de casa. Pero no fue un problema para nosotros, otra razón para disfrutar aún más de la casa a la luz de la luna! Muchas gracias Aitor por habernos ofrecido tu casa!
