Vacation rentals in Cairo

The place was beautiful :) we had such a good time. The host was very responsive when we had a minor issue!

Scott's place was very clean and the chocolate was a nice touch. It served us well as an overnight stop. Was a short distance from the interstate.

Worked out very well for the weekend event me and my cousin went to and had enough space for the both of us and could have brought one or two more.

My only regret regarding our stay was the weather! Rained and stormed for most of our time there so we weren't able to take much advantage of the 50 acres. :( However, the house itself was so spacious that we didn't feel "trapped" being stuck inside. The covered wrap around porch allowed us to sit outside and play games even when it was raining. Lots of spaces to both hang out as a family and have some alone time if needed inside with TVs in all the rooms. The three bedrooms and 2.5 baths was perfect for us and our two teenagers - everyone felt they had their own space. John was very quick with responses and even checked in on us after a pretty nasty storm had passed to make sure we were ok. All in all, a great place that we would definitely stay at again - hopefully with better weather!

We were scheduled to stay for 3 days. There was a thunderstorm that knocked power out at the house, and several other places in the surrounding town. Lillian communicated with us before we ever arrived in Friday evening, offered to refund my money for one night. After several hours, we rented a hotel room nearby. I didn't want to have to move all of our stuff out of the hotel and repack. I asked her for a full refund. Lillian communicated that I needed to ask Airbnb to cancel our stay, because she couldn't just refund me without that being done first. I messaged Airbnb and asked them since it was an Act Of Nature that prevented our stay. Messaged Lillian back, and with no hesitation, my stay was cancelled and money totally refunded!!! To say the very least I was impressed with the way she stayed in touch throughout the evening, and handled the whole weekend cancellation with grace. Without a doubt, I will book it again in the future through Lillian. She's the best!

This is our favorite place to stay in Boonville. We travel with a good amount of stuff, and being able to park on the same level as the entrance (there were no stairs to climb) was just one of the things we loved about Sue's place. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and in a beautiful setting. So many Airbnbs have horrible beds, but Sue's does not. We were very pleased. I highly recommend this place.

Easy access and roomy accommodations. Near the trail, our dog loved exploring and hiking with us. Kitchen was furnished perfectly for a weekend getaway. Bed was very comfortable

This property was exactly as pictured, and my guests were very pleased with the comfort and spaciousness it offered. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the most comforting scent. Each room featured a king-size bed and its own bathroom—a definite bonus. The open-concept layout made it easy to stay connected and enjoy conversations together. We only wish we had more time to explore the town. This is definitely a great spot for a quick couples' trip or a girlfriends' getaway!
