Jane's cottage was exactly as described and immaculate - like a home from home. Easy to find, easy to park at. Great location for the many local attractions - we stayed a few days - we could have had a few weeks worth of things to see. Cottage is beautiful and in a perfect location for exploring locally or regionally. Beautiful, pristine accommodation with garden area and direct walking access to historical rock art sites and the canal. Thoughtfully chosen guide books available to help guests choose things to see. Lochgilphead close by with good takeaways (Argyll Cafe, Taj Mahal) , cafes (Salty Dog) and a CoOp open till 10pm. Really loved the cottage and the area, highly recommend.

The photos and description of this beautiful AirBnB don’t do it justice! From the moment I arrived and was greeted by very warm and welcoming hosts, I knew this was going to be a wonderful holiday. The home itself was perfection - absolutely spotless, cozy and comfortable. The modern kitchen had everything I could need for making meals after a long day of exploring. And at the end of the day, climbing into that big, comfortable bed was just what I needed. Drifting off to the soft, distant sounds of the sheep, cows and the gentle bubbling and gurgling of the River Add inspired sweet dreams and a deep, restorative sleep. The location of the property was exactly what I was looking for to satisfy my love of ancient history and adventure. There is no lack of interesting places to visit and you could be exploring all day if you choose. The hosts have put together a wealth of information about the local area which I found incredibly helpful. Highly recommend this amazing place!

My husband, dogs and I have probably stayed in 30 different cottages in the past few years. Honestly this is in my top 3.. maybe even the best. Why? The location, quiet, gorgeous, stunning walks. The garden, totally dog friendly. The kitchen was well supplied, and a breakfast pack. Owners around but not intrusive. Top tip go to the fishmongers in lochgihead (tues - sat) for some top notch seafood.
