Perfect starting point for visiting all the touristic sites of the region. 4 lovely bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and private toilet. The 2 attic rooms are equipped with AC.

You can stay home and relax in the Gite's pretty garden, inviting pool with its river views or explore this beautiful region 'Les Causses du Quercy'.

Notre maison de ville est a 10 minutes à pied de la place du marché. Entièrement rénovée, elle dispose de deux chambres (1 lit 140cm et 1 lit 180cm), un bureau / salle de jeu avec clic clac, un grand salon avec véranda et terrasse ainsi qu'un jardin et un parking privé. La maison est entièrement équipée et climatisée. A savoir sur le logement : - la maison ne dispose pas d'un accès handicapé. - la maison se situe a côté d'une ligne de train (environ 10 passages/jour de 5 secondes)

A private parking place is located directly outside the main doors. Situated in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Causses de Quercy, in the south west of France, our little treasure is well placed for discovering all the beautiful sites of the Lot. Private patio and swimming pool! The property is not suitable for children under 10 years as the outside area is unfenced. Please note that we have 2 medium sized dogs which are confined to the garden around the main house.

The property is nestled on the edge of a small chateau estate and the owners are the only neighbours within view. Perfect for a romantic winter getaway!
