A home from home, the Bastide is filled with an eclectic mix of personal and functional items that immediately allow you to relax. Beautiful and quiet surroundings. The host could not have been more communicative, instructive and friendly. She is relaxed and informative, very welcoming but not at all intrusive. We appreciated all the small touches during our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

We had a lovely stay with friends! Audrey and Michel are very welcoming and friendly hosts. They took the time to explain and show us around the house upon arrival. The cottage is very beautiful, very clean and functional. It has everything for children, the environment is very peaceful and surrounded by nature. Also, the area is really beautiful. We'll be back:)

We were looking for a secluded and comfortable setting. In addition to a hot tub, a breathtaking view of the valley, we found ourselves perfectly placed to discover the area. We had a great week at Olivier's cottage - the place is beautiful, peaceful and very well-equipped. It matches the photos and description perfectly. Olivier was very responsive and his information was very clear and helpful. I teleworked and the wifi connection is impeccable. Lots of places to visit nearby such as Puy l'Evêque, Cahors, Pech Merle Cave, Rocamadour, the Gouffre de Padirac and many more! Walks in the vineyards are very pleasant as is the Jacuzzi at the end of the day with a view of the forest :) We can only recommend this cottage and thank Olivier and Fabienne for the perfect provision of their accommodation. A wonderful stay, very nice domain with lots of animation, cozy gites, a host who leaves you in freedom but also very accessible and approachable with golden tips but also always interested in how things are really going. we would really recommend it to anyone both families with young children and older children. It is a beautiful area to explore and Anne Sophie, her husband Pascale and daughter Lily are incredibly attentive and sweet. Fantastic to be there!

A dream stay in a heavenly environment! Charming house with all modern comforts, a very large garden, out of sight with a beautiful pool. A pleasant village (Limogne) 5 minutes away for shopping and a great starting point for all walks and visits all around. Very beautiful area, peaceful and rich in discoveries. Excellent communication with Birdie the owner. We highly recommend it!

Quite a wonderful week spent in Truffle. The house has everything you need, the setting is heavenly, the pool (and view) are to die for, and there are so many things to do within easy striking distance. Carolyn and Jerry were excellent hosts. 100 percent recommend both the house and the area if you are looking for a relaxing week in the Dordogne.

We had a lovely weekend in Cahors at Caroline's place! The listing is as described and is very well placed in Cahors. We found a free parking space near the property. Recommended 😊

Our family of 6 and our dog stayed at Le Fournet Bas for one week. The place looks even better in real life than it did in the photos - rustic charm with modern facilities. The bedrooms worked really well — boys in the twin, girls in the double and we had the “old bread oven” annex. The saltwater pool was delightful, clean and well-maintained. The barbecue area was excellent and well-used throughout our week. We would recommend renting electric bikes from the nearby FatVelo - a great way to spend a morning/day. Also Chateau de Bonaguil is very close and well worth a visit. Nearby St-Martin-le-Redon is a beautiful little village, and Puy L’Évêque is also well worth a visit. Christine and Gérard were very welcoming and helpful and resolved any little questions quickly and without any fuss. All-in-all, a fantastic place to spend a relaxing week.

We had a great time at the artist's house. The setting is idyllic, the house restored with attention to detail and a lot of taste. The garden, the house and its decoration are really full of charm, probably the prettiest Airbnb we were able to stay in. Sasha and Mark (and Gwen the dog) whom we met the day after we arrived, were very welcoming, the communication went very well and they seemed very available in case of any problems. Their house is close but the artist's house keeps all its privacy. The surroundings, whether nature or small villages are great to explore!

Staying at Sue's feels like home! Despite the distance, Sue is very responsive, gives advice and is very kind. The cottage is extremely well located for visiting the Black Périgord, enjoying the Dordogne and walking to the Bastide de Domme. An unforgettable family vacation!

We had a great time at Leila's! Although we didn't meet her in person, she was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. Her communication was perfect, always warm and caring. And what a nice surprise to find delicious homemade cookies upon arrival – an attention that really touched us! Thanks again Leila for hosting remotely, everything was perfect. We loved our stay in the cottage. The place is very well-equipped, comfortable, peaceful, and cosy. The forest sounds and the view on the Château are fantastic. We saw a deer on the 2 morning we stayed, which was quite magical! The two lovely hosts greeted us and showed us the cottage, and shared a lot of information and recommendation, and accommodated us with check in time! We'll keep this address, and recommand it 100%!

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. What a beautiful part of France! Paul met us when we arrived and showed us to our stunning accommodation. He made us feel really welcome. There was cold beer and wine in the fridge. This was so needed after a long drive. We stayed in La Prairie which had plenty of room for the five of us, 2 adults and 3 children. The view was incredible, we enjoyed several evening bbqs looking over the fields and hills. There was plenty of things to do in the area and I really recommend visiting Bonaguil Castle, the medieval festival at Monflanquin , the inflatable water park near Montcuq and the local night markets where you can enjoy local food and plenty of wine. On Thursday night, Paul ran an astronomy class, and he had everyone looking at the night sky, I couldn't believe Saturn was so clear. We had a fantastic holiday, and if you are looking to chill by the pool, enjoy local wines and enjoy the local area - hire La Prairie for 2024!

We stayed 2 weeks in this rental with a nice pool. The listing description on the site is true to reality. We were hosted very well by Christele. In St Étienne de Tulmont, you will find all the shops you need to eat. The shopkeepers are very friendly.

An excellent address. Exceptional location with a breathtaking sunset - near the pretty little town of Caylus and Saint Antonin Noble Val (very beautiful city and starting point of the Aveyron descent by kayak). Nice well-equipped cottage, very nice pool, very friendly hosts, calm and rest in a countryside that keeps its authenticity and beauty.

Very quiet place very well located for visiting all the beautiful villages located between the Lot and the Dordogne. The rental is in all respects in accordance with the description. We had a very nice week Lucie is very available and very good advice.
