Beachfront vacation rentals in Cagnes-sur-Mer

Wir waren zu zweit in der Unterkunft um hauptsächlich Rennrad zu fahren. Die Unterkunft war klein aber fein. Wir haben das Hauptbett und das Bettsofa verwendet. Das ging sehr gut und wir haben beide sehr gut geschlafen. Wir haben jeden Abend selber gekocht und auch gefrühstückt. Es war alles vorhanden was wir benötigten an Küchenutensilien. Ein Highlight war die Dachterasse. Da in der Nachbarschaft Wiesen und Bäume vorhanden sind gab es verschiedene Vogelarten zu beobachten. Sogar grüne Kanarienvögel! Die Kommunikation per Airbnb-Nachricht verlief einwandfrei mit Delphine. Wir waren etwas überrascht, wie nahe ein dreistöckiges Haupthaus an das kleine Häuschen gebaut war. Es ist ca. 3mm von der Hauptfensterfront des Häuschens entfernt und auf den Fotos so nicht ersichtlich . Das Haus war aber auch schatten-spendend. Gerade für die Essenszeiten draussen war dies sehr angenehm. Der Pool liegt auf der anderen Seite des Haupthauses. Die Poollandschaft lädt sehr zum verweilen ein.

We had a wonderful few days. The best part is the view on the sea which is absolutely fabulous. Best place to relax, to have some food, a nice enjoyable drink. Apartment is also very well equipped, especially the kitchen. There is no air conditioning, but much better to dive in the swimming pool or the sea (first access at the end of a few steps) if you need to cool down. From there we did a few beautiful day trip to Cannes, Nice and Monaco, all easy to reach, and enjoyed taking the time to go by the road by the sea. Roberto was also available before and during our trip to provide very good instructions and advices (like local restaurants). Always available and always provided a friendly answer. And thanks for the paddle board which allowed us to visit nearby beaches.

L’appartement est bien placé : le bus 98 passe tout près (arrêt Château de l’Anglais) et permet d’aller à la vieille ville en 10 minutes. Jolie piscine dans la résidence, très agréable après les journées de marche . Et le top, la vue de l’appartement, on ne s’en lasse pas !

First and foremost Philippe was an excellent host. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. He was always so quick to respond anytime we had questions, always offering suggestions and tips. He provided in-depth recommendations of restaurants, activities, and various methods of transportation. His knowledge of Villefranche and the surrounding areas helped us narrow down which spots were worth visiting. As for the guest suite itself, the inside was extremely clean and tasteful. The location is wonderful- being close to the village without actually being in the village. Overall, we were beyond pleased with our stay and would 100% recommend.

I honestly can’t say anything was wrong with this place! We loved Seb’s apartment, it has everything you need and it’s so nice to be close to the beach. Not only that, but the view is amazing! Seb is an excellent host, super responsive, and has great recommendations!

Mon séjour chez Claudine et Christian s est très bien passé. L emplacement est idéal (200m à pieds du port, 400m de la plage). Commodités à 5 min à pieds (boulangerie, petit casino, pharmacie). Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, réactifs aux messages et discrets. Accès privatif pour la chambre. Très joli piscine. Je recommande vivement ! Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage: Die Nähe zum schönen Sandstrand, zu Restaurants und zum Supermarkt waren ideal. Kevin war sehr nett und hat uns die schöne Anlage zu Beginn ausführlich gezeigt und viele Tipps gegeben. Dankeschön :-)

Nossa estadia foi realmente incrível. Estivemos lá por 10 noites. A localização é incrível , perto de todas as coisas e de frente para o mar. O que mais poderíamos esperar ? O apartamento tinha tudo que precisamos, desde espaço até as ameninades e produtos de limpeza. No final ainda esqueci umas roupas e Joseph foi extremamente eficiente em acharmos uma solução. Joseph é um hóspede muito atencioso e respondeu qualquer questão prontamente. Resumindo: gostamos muito e estou ansiosa por voltar e sem dúvidas vou tentar esse mesmo apartamento. Obrigada Joseph.

Our second stay here. First in 2018. Great location on the beach and close walking to all you need in food and restaurants. Also close to train station so transport from Nice airport is easy enough. Can be a bit loud from beach on weekends but didn’t bother us. Apartment is very nice with great wrap around balcony. Always a nice cooling breeze off the Med. thumbs up from us.

Christelle was wonderfully helpful! The place was central to restaurants the train/bus and a shopping mall all within walking distance! highly recommend for 2 people. For our first trip to Nice, France our stay was awesome! highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment and great space for a couple. Extremely walkable for shops and restaurants. Very close walk to the beach as well. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. Brian was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great host. Met us when we checked in to go over the apartment and give us lots of information about Nice. The apartment is in a perfect spot with the tram stop on one side and a short walk to the beach on the other. It is a very central location. Everything we needed for the beach was there and there was a beautiful view. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Nice, this is it.

Lovely stylish and comfortable loft style apartment in the heart of the Old Town. Couldn’t be closer to restaurants and the beach. Historic building and very central location so certain compromises necessary (eg no lift so few flights of stairs to negotiate and bit of late evening noise from outside) but that’s all made clear in the property description and not really a big deal. Clear comprehensive and speedy communication from host Therese at all times.

Appartement idéal pour un séjour à la mer , logement très propre , idéalement situé à deux pas des commerces . Une piste cyclable ce trouve au bas du logement pour rejoindre Nice ou Antibes. Le logement en lui même est très bien agencé et pratique avec une place de parking privée. La literie est confortable. Je reviendrai sans hésiter. Merci à Mylène et Gilbert.

This was a great little apartment in the Old town, conveniently close to the train station, beaches and the market. The amenities were fantastic, equipped with an AC, full stove with oven and washing machine. Some wall sockets even had universal plugs in them which was very handy. There is even beach equipment to use like umbrellas and mats. Pascal was very easy to communicate with and offered a lot of help. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir wurden sehr nett von Sophie empfangen, sie war super nett und hat uns alles erklärt was es zu wissen gibt und konnte zu allen Fragen hilfreiche Antworten liefern. Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, sehr Zentral aber dennoch sehr ruhig und Privat. War ein super schöner Urlaub. Immer gern wieder.☺️

Wir haben uns in der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist im Grunde alles vorhanden, was man für den Alltag braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Auch die vorhandenen Reinigungsgeräte und -mittel waren sehr praktisch. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten manchen stören: Im Flur war leider ein recht starker Rauchgeruch wahrnehmbar, der teilweise in die Wohnung zog. Die Lage an einer gut befahrenen Straße bringt etwas Lärm mit sich, was man vor allem nachts merkt. Außerdem ist das Sofabett für längere Aufenthalte nicht ganz so bequem. Trotz dieser Punkte haben wir die Zeit in der Wohnung sehr genossen und danken der Gastgeberin herzlich für ihre Gastfreundschaft!

This place is just across the street from the Mediterranean sea. Stunning view! Great location on the main beach strand. Lots of good food close by. Check-in was smooth and easy. Eugenie communicated well. Highly recommended!

perfect for me as a solo traveller seeking relaxation. the building and road outside is quiet. Very close to a quiet beach and within walking distance of train station and CAP3000 shopping center. The property is tidy and as described. good communication too. :) thank you

Äußerst fantastisch - wir waren so happy in der Wohnung von Kerstin zu sein. Hier ist einfach alles durchdacht, blitzsauber, liebevoll hergerichtet, mit Charme & Herz das spürt man sofort. Die Wohnung ist makellos, die Lage traumhaft, Öffis, Restaurants, Altstadt alles zu Fuss wunderbar erreichbar. VeloStation, Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt, Cafe, Strand -alles direkt vor der Haustüre. Parken in der Haltezone vor dem Haus ganz easy. Vom Kinderspielzeug, über Büroutensilien, traumhafte Küchenausstattung, Nespreso Maschine, Eiswürfelmaschine, Fotoaccessoires, Einkaufstrolly, Waschmaschine + Wäschetrockner … es ist einfach wirklich alles da. Kerstin hat an alles gedacht 🥰. Wir fühlten uns wie daheim. Alle Empfehlungen von Kerstin zu den Restaurants sind super, wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Besonders nett, herzlich und hilfsbereit ist auch Anna beim Check In. Danke vielmals.

Haichuan was a wonderful host. The home is exactly as described, plus so many other thoughtful details that you don’t typically see in an Airbnb - umbrellas, some beach gear, coffee and tea, etc. He was available for questions and local recommendations. Space was great for our family of 4 (2 adults + 2 kids). Good restaurants and bakery within walking distance . Beach is across one busy road, but very close. The town of Cagnes-sur-mer is well located for other French Rivera travel (Nice in 15 minutes, Antibes in 30, Eze in 35, etc). Highly recommend .
