Sofia is a very generous person with great taste and style in interior design. Her apartment is beautifully presented with a great bed and complimentary wine. Not too far from Pesa, Lucca, and Florence. Highly recommend.

Seven members of us were stayed for two days and we all love this place very much. Clean, tidy and easy to find. Augustine, Silva's husband, clearly explained everything when we check-in. He also gave us very good suggestions about the sightseeing places and corresponding parking area. We also enjoy a wonderful dinner which is recommended by Silva. When we requested for extra quilt, Silva responded quickly and it's ready within a short-period of time. In the morning of our check-out day, we found problem sign showing in our car. We asked for their help. They provided instant assistant and led us to the maintenance garage nearby. We would like to express a heartful thank to them as no more worry about our remaining travelling trip in Italy. We would love to stay again in their place and recommend to everyone who travel Pisa or surroundings.

We've just returned from a fantastic 7 night stay at Villa Sya. Well located, the villa is a great base to explore Tuscany from, with close and easy access to Pisa, Lucca and the coast. The villa itself is well equipped and presented, making it a home from home. Our routine as a family of 4 was one of spending the day by the superb pool, before heading out to eat in the local restaurants (or day/evening trips to Florence and Siena)... but there is a terrific Pizzeria just a 3 min drive away and some well equipped supermarkets for essentials if you fancy a night in. Patrisia is the perfect host, helping us to orientate with the villa before leaving us to ourselves. Her communication and advice was first class and it made things even easier for what was already a pain free experience. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the villa to anyone and would consider returning in the future. Grazie!

Beautiful house Divided into two floors, the living area downstairs and the sleeping area upstairs! Convenient when you want to rest and others can stay quietly downstairs watching movies or chatting! Even more so if you have two children who can go take a nap and you adults can continue to mind your own business downstairs! And even at night! You can't hear what's going on downstairs! Huge garden to enjoy the days outside, it's great if you have children or dogs! Our two dogs had so much fun and didn't want to stay in the house! Great that there are TVs to send children to watch cartoons, you can watch a movie or simply turn on the music! There are also many cartoons to watch on DVD and many games for children! Both inside the house and outside!! A short distance away there are all supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy, and tobacco! In a short time you reach the sea! Thank you for this wonderful experience!
