The Granary B&B: The Snug

RayRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Brian gave us ‘What3Words’ to find his place. I’ve got these three words to describe it, Peace and Tranquility! Beautiful surrounding yet only a short drive to shops and places to eat. Brian couldn’t have been more helpful and as he lived next door was available for any problems (there weren’t any!). In the immortal words of dear Arnie…… I’ll be back!
A charming granary barn is set against a backdrop of lush greenery, surrounded by colorful flower beds. Outdoor seating is arranged in front, providing a welcoming space. A large, rustic barn stands adjacent, complementing the peaceful rural setting.

The Granary

AshleyRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had a wonderful stay at the Granary, it's about an hour from the Brecon Beacons and 30 mins from Wye Valley, both locations have stunning walks. There was plenty of space for our party, which included a baby and dog, we even cooked a lovely Sunday Easter Roast and eat it outside! The house has lots of kitchen utensils and trays for cooking, the water pressure in the shower was excellent (that's important to us!) and the host was very responsive. It is on a working farm so you are surrounded by horses, dogs, and a cute cat. We loved this as we are all super outdoorsy but something to be aware of if you aren't an animal lover. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Cosy Barn by the forest

JoelRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Staying at the barn was a wonderful weekend trip away. The place itself has everything you could need, is beautifully decorated and all amenities are accounted for. You can tell it’s well kept and feels like a home. The surrounding forest on its doorstep was very accessible and was a great way to enjoy the area. Gill was a fantastic host; clear, quick communication, detailed instructions and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. If we had needed anything more, we know that Gill would’ve gotten to us quickly. We even got to meet Horace the cat and a few of the horses! If you’re looking for a secluded, beautifully kept and cosy hideaway for a weekend, the barn is the place for you. Thankyou Gill for having us!!

Double room in comfy and cosy house in Cwmbran

KaiRating, 5 stars1 day ago
This is about the 100th AirB&B we’ve stayed in over the past few years and Carole is hands down the winner of the loveliest host so far. We’ve never felt more welcomed nor looked after in any home and her attention to detail was immaculate. And as she works from home in a structure in her garden we felt entirely private. Couldn’t possibly recommend her home more highly. 11/10
