Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Caelian Hill

Luigi’s place is wonderful. It was the perfect space for our family of 5, and the colosseum views were breathtaking. The kitchen was well stocked, and Luigi even left us some food essentials like bread, eggs, milk, etc. This was so kind, and really appreciated after multiple flight delays. Luigi is super responsive to messages, and helped us with our bags. Amazing and very helpful.

Domenico was a great host. He took the time when we checked in to give us great recommendations for food and drinks. Since we only had one day to spend in Rome and had to fly out the following morning early, this place was a great location as it is directly across the street from the train station. Even though it was across from the train station, it was not noisy and the place was clean and comfortable.

Absolutely loved the location, close enough to walk everywhere but out of the main hustle & bustle. Restaurants & best little Jewish bakery on the street right outside. Having own kitchen meant we didn’t have to eat out every night which was good as we were exhausted after some big days exploring. David was a great communicator and also provided information for restaurants when asked & checked in a few times to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely stay here again. Just got back from a great stay at Antonio’s place. It’s in a great location, easy to walk into the centre, about 25 minutes from the Colosseum. Or it’s two mins away from the metro station. The apartment is exactly how it looks in the pictures, and very clean and tidy. There are some decent bars and restaurants nearby too. Antonio was very friendly and had great communication before and during the stay. I’d recommend his place to friends and family, no problem.

We only stayed in this location for a short time but the host was wonderful with so must hospitality. The location was perfect. Quiet at night and always felt safe. The loft was exactly as described in the description and photos and very spacious

I cannot recommend Gianni’s place enough! The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was bright and roomy with big windows opening up onto quiet courtyards. The apartment was very quiet - even though located in the city centre. It was beautiful waking up and to hear the birds chirping in the morning. We also did a private guided tour of the city with Gianni which was amazing. Gianni has an in-depth knowledge of the history and all things Rome - which he shares in a passionate manner. This is the best way to explore the city - especially for first time visitors.

Fabrizio was amazing! So kind and full of great info about the history or Rome and locations to see. The place is exactly as described, so believe it when he says it is small. It was perfect for the 2 of us and the outside rooftop patio was brilliant.

Spacious and well equipped apartment, large private outside yard, looked just like the pictures, check in was very easy, bus stop outside front door and taxi rank a few metres away 15-20 mins walk to metro but lots to see en route (St Peter’s and/or Castel Saint Angelo) 15-20 mins walk to Trastavere

Loved the apartment and the location. It’s right next to the keyhole which was fun to see right when we arrived. Easy enough to get around and very clean. Paolo was so kind and greeted us upon arrival. We didn’t want to leave!

We travel to Rome often, this is the best place so far. There is a terrace with shade, ideal to cool off when the weather is too hot. The host provided things for the breakfast in the fridge as well as free soft drinks. Upon arrival we were met by the host Andrea who showed us in. The Colosseum is 5 minutes by foot.

Bydlení bylo příjemné v klidné části města (i když lítala nad námi letadla, uvnitř byl klid a spalo se hezky), okolí je málo udržované a domy staré, ale jinak vše v pořádku, bez obav jsme se pohybovali i večer, na metro cca 10 min. chůze, v blízkosti super obchod Sacoph. Kuchyň byla dostatečně vybavená, koupelna byla též vybavená, postel a polštáře byli pohodlné. Daniela je velmi milá, dala doporučení na restaurace, taxi a komunikovala skvěle. Našli jsme si i sami v blízkosti další restauraci a můžeme jen doporučit Osteria Amici Divini. Řím stojím za návštěvu, Danielo, děkujeme 🧡

We had great time at Jacopo's place, it was clean, had everything we needed, the host was extremely responsive and flexible, they also gave us good recommendations about places to go, we have nothing to complain about our stay. The location is less touristic which makes the experience more enjoyable in my opinion, and we felt safe even walking late night. Totally recommend it, I would definitely book it again. :)

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours dans l’appartement de Nadia, ce dernier était d’une propreté et fonctionnalité sans faille. Nadia nous a chaleureusement accueillis et a pris le temps de nous présenter les lieux à visiter ainsi que les bonnes adresses. Elle était disponible et réactive pour le moindre soucis. L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal pour les personnes qui recherchent le calme, la tranquillité mais à la fois la proximité au centre ville. En résumé, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour! Sara was the best host! Very responsive and helpful. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that was tricky was parking, it is all street parking but really hard to find a spot but that is just how Rome is. Sara provided helpful streets to look for free parking. Would highly recommended staying here. Thank you Sara for letting us stay!

Stylish and cozy home. ACs in every room. Skylights also makes this place perfect. Perfect neighbourhood to walk around and take in the beauty that Rome has to offer. Many restaurants to choose from. Flaviana was amazing to communicate for our arrival and make suggestions on her personal favorite list of cafés, groceries and restaurants.

Really nice garden flat in a great location. Walkable to the local area with loads of restaurants and bars etc but also only 30mins walk to some of the main sights of Rome. Tram stop nearby too which was really useful.

Very central to restaurants and main attractions. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The rooftop balcony added the perfect Italian flair to late night evenings! We highly recommend staying here when in Rome.

L'appartamento è posizionato in maniera eccellente, vicino alla metropolitana, con due camere da letto. La cucina è ben fornita e permette di cucinare. Decisamente consigliato!

Place was clean and close to the central train station and 10-15 min walk to the Colusseum. Lots of great local spots to eat and the hosts were very responsive to our needs.

Fabrizio is an excellent host and greeted us upon arrival. The air bnb was beautiful and in a great, walkable location!

Sandro was an excellent host and very responsive to any questions that we had. He put together a wonderful book outlining everything from restaurants to what to expect at places of interest. We got there early and he met us at the apartment and allowed us to store our baggage until the apartment was cleaned. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling and planning on seeing the Vatican.

I had a wonderful stay at Marianna’s beautiful duplex flat in Rome. The apartment was exactly as described, stylish, clean, and very comfortable. What really stood out was Marianna’s responsiveness; she answered all of my questions promptly and was always helpful throughout my stay. Her communication made everything smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

Appartement très bien situé, notamment pour ce qui est des transports en commun : bus, tram, métro. On est dans le centre en moins d une demi heure. De plus accès direct a l aeroport par le train regional dont la gare Ostiense est a 10 mn a pied. Supermarché très pratique quasiment au pied de l immeuble, ce qui est bien appréciable egalement. S il y avait un seul point négatif ce serait le bruit, non dans l immeuble mais autour. Ceci dit on s y habitue et ce n estvpas vraiment genant . L appartement est agreable, bien équipé. De petites attentions, comme les produits d hygiene qui sont fournis, des bouteilles d eau fraiche au frigo a notre arrivee... Livia a été très reactive, nous a laissé entrer dès que le menage a été terminé, et surtout rester le jour du depart plus longtemps, ce qui nous a permis de profiter de notre derniere matinee sans nos bagages... Merci pour tout et bonne continuation.
