Monthly Rentals in Cádiz

The duplex apartment is in an excellent location in Cadiz. Everything is done in short walks. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants within walking distance and lots of variety. The entire apartment is impeccable and nothing is missing. Very comfortable bed and bright spacious bathroom. Mila is very kind and attentive at all times. They have been very good vaciones en Cádiz.

A very clean, very comfortable and well appointed apartment host and cohost were very helpful with making recommendations for restaurants, etc. The apartment is exactly as it looks in. The photos is very comfortable and well supplied with everything you need for a comfortable stay at the beach. M the only drawback is that it is a little far from the old part of the city, too far to walk, so taxi or public transit is going to be necessary

This is a tastefully renovated apartment in the old town and we loved our stay. It has all the modern amenities and is very comfortable. It is near all the interesting sites of Cadix which are at walkable distances as the old town streets are narrow and not indicated for driving or street parking. Joanna has a parking which is suitable for small cars. I had rented a Seat Arona which is small and fitted in the parking lift. However it was very difficult to entered straight into the lift because of the narrowness of the street . A passerby guided me to enter the lift in reverse which gave me a better radius to enter straight into it. I later saw other drivers enter garages in this way. I would recommend to rent a smaller car like the mini Fiat. If you have a bigger car, you can park in the public garage a few minutes away at 15 E per day.

This was a great spot for our base in Cadiz. Our group was two couples and a teen, and we were all comfortable. The location is amazing - steps from La Caleta beach and an easy walk to anywhere in the old city. Matt is a great host - very responsive and accommodating. Two notes to be aware of: if you’re going to use all four bedrooms, just be aware that you need to pass through one of the large bedrooms to get to the master suite (unless you choose to leave the apartment through one door and re-enter through the other). Also, you may wish to check with Matt to see if there is any construction going on in the building during your visit; if so, just be aware that the sound may travel through the stairwell. Neither of these issues really disturbed our stay, which was otherwise fantastic!
