This 2nd-floor apartment is situated in a newly refurbished 19th century house, which is located only 3 minutes either from the cathedral or from the central market. Everything in the historic centre of Cadiz is within a footwalk distance away from the apartment. The building is located in a pedestrian area and therefore quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms open to a patio of a 18th century convent and are even more quiet. From the roof-top you have a marvelous view over the atlantic ocean.

A 3 bedroom traditional apartment that has recently been lovingly refurbished. We kept its traditional charm but added high-end modern features. A large private patio creates a unique space within Cadiz's historic centre. It is our special retreat and we hope you love it as much as we do. Beach / main attractions / restaurants: within 5 min walk you will be able to stroll along the sea front, head to the shops or eat at amazing restaurants (we left a list of our favourites for you).

Beautyful Loft with everything you need private

It is a separate space, a loft, private with key, in a historic old building, completely renovated. Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.

Loft apartment in the heart of Cadiz's old town. A walk from all the points of interest. Ideal for couples or four people. With all the amenities. Air conditioning, Wifi, Led TV (2), kitchen with dishwasher, oven, induction, washing machine, etc. Top quality. Spectacular bathroom. Spacious, modern apartments over 65 m², consisting of living-dining room with a large, comfortable sofa-bed, fully-equipped separate kitchen and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with 1.80 m double bed and another with 1.35 m bed or bunk bed with two 90 cm beds. -Weekly cleaning is included in stays over 7 days. At the moment of check-out for shorter stays. An extra cleaning service is available upon request for an additional charge.

House located in the center of the city,has its own garage for the use of guests, less than a minute from the cathedral and city hall, and 5 minutes from Renfe and buses, without the need of a vehicle you can visit the entire old town of the city and if you want a beach in 10 minutes you are in it, without the need of a car or bus. Garage measures 4;5 m long and 2.5 wide Pedestrian street,sunny and very quiet community.
