Martina is a very scrupulous and helpful host. From the outset, she took care to give us all the useful information and met us regarding some needs they had. The apartment is in a strategic, residential area but close to the center. For any needs or maintenance, you can refer to a "trusted man" who lives nearby. We rented the apartment for the editorial staff of our newspaper on the occasion of the Festival of Work Culture because they needed spaces to work together and reach the festival venues easily. i would say a positive experience.

House on two floors just renovated, everything brand new, very clean and in order. In a quiet and peaceful area. Parking space inside the very useful courtyard. Denis is a nice host, available and attentive to the guest. I would highly recommend staying in this house.

I won't write a huge review because I don't have the time to explain how brilliant every aspect of our stay. Luca is an absolute star. He met us at the Property, explained everything to us, recommended several excellent restaurants and was always available to help us when we needed him. I 100% recommend this property. Book it and you will thank me! Thanks Luca, I will tell everyone I know your apartment is the No. 1 place to stay in Parma!

Conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and all the great places to visit in downtown Parma. The flat has a feeling of tranquility and is comfortable. We shared it the apartment with a friend it was great for that because it has 2 bathrooms that have their own showers in them.

Great location for Modena, very close to historical city center and 100 m to Osteria Francescana. Perfect location if you have a car to park and extremely convenient in/out to Modena, especially you are looking to visit nearby attractions such as Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and Ferrari Museum at Maranello, also nearby cities Parma, Regio Emilia and Bologna.

We didn’t really deal with Federico but his housekeeper Antoinette met us at the apartment, she was super friendly and helpful and we had a fabulous stay! The apartment was lovely, clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The large terrace was a lovely place to sit with a glass of wine or to have breakfast. The apartment is an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of Bologna with all the food shops, historic sights, Bars and restaurants. There are also bars and restaurants nearby and a coop and convenience store just across the road. We would definitely recommend this apartment and go back to Federico’s and Bologna. sights,bars shops and restaurants

I wish I could rate this as six stars. Everything about the location, apartment and host was spectacular. The view of the hills and mountains in the distance were worth the drive. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything we could want was provided. Mathieu is warm, friendly, and very helpful with his suggestions which were spot on.

Comfortable accommodation for visiting Reggio Emilia. Elisabetta is a very kind and helpful host, she welcomed us by giving us a lot of information about the accommodation and how to get around. It's a shame there's no air conditioning. However, there are fans.

A stone's throw from the center of Parma, located in a quiet suburb. By bus 6 or by car, you will be there in 15 minutes. Lively environment due to children playing in the nearby square. Parking space in front of the door! Ideal for the pleasures of the city, without the burdens: more expensive parking, ZTL, inaccessible alleys, risk of fines...)

This is a very spacious flat, which is beautifully furnished and has a lovely outside seating area. It is walkable distance to the old town and has a number of good cafes close by for breakfast. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were quick to respond. Our group was a couple in their 60s and 2 in their 70s. We could not have walked from the station but Carolina described where it was best to catch a taxi and the whole process was very easy. Carolina then ordered us a taxi for our return to the airport, which worked very well. It was a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend this flat!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. Communication with Matteo was super nice, we could even check in two hours before the indicated check in time, which was really convenient! Thank you, we had a great time in Bologna!

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

The perfect place to discover Parma. It is perfectly located to reach everything on foot and at the same time nice and quiet. A cute café right outside the front door - a few houses away a great trattoria. In addition, super nicely furnished - in the kitchen you will find everything you need to conjure up something at home (yes, at home😁). We felt very comfortable - for us there is now only one accommodation in Parma. :)

Nice place to spend a few days in the beautiful city of Bologna. The apartment allows you to rest very well.

My husband and I stayed with Alice and her family on Valentine's weekend and we were pleasantly impressed by the customer's attention, he provided us with lots of solutions for activities and restaurants to eat. The studio was equipped with everything you need, studied in every detail as all the charming decor. In the fridge there were all the products of their farm that said one better than the other (yogurt, cream cotta and puddings and milk of the highest mountain quality). It is mandatory to visit their farm because it is really worth seeing the love and passion that the family puts in the activity and above all a special thank you goes to Paolo the owner and father of Alice who enchanted us during the visit to the farm.
