Conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and all the great places to visit in downtown Parma. The flat has a feeling of tranquility and is comfortable. We shared it the apartment with a friend it was great for that because it has 2 bathrooms that have their own showers in them.

We had a wonderful stay in Brescello at Mariacristina’s. Check-in was incredibly smooth, and the apartment was chic and clean with everything we needed, plus an adorable balcony. Our host was a warm, helpful and communicative. Thank you for your hospitality!

Martina is a very scrupulous and helpful host. From the outset, she took care to give us all the useful information and met us regarding some needs they had. The apartment is in a strategic, residential area but close to the center. For any needs or maintenance, you can refer to a "trusted man" who lives nearby. We rented the apartment for the editorial staff of our newspaper on the occasion of the Festival of Work Culture because they needed spaces to work together and reach the festival venues easily. i would say a positive experience.

I won't write a huge review because I don't have the time to explain how brilliant every aspect of our stay. Luca is an absolute star. He met us at the Property, explained everything to us, recommended several excellent restaurants and was always available to help us when we needed him. I 100% recommend this property. Comfortable accommodation for visiting Reggio Emilia. Elisabetta is a very kind and helpful host, she welcomed us by giving us a lot of information about the accommodation and how to get around. It's a shame there's no air conditioning. However, there are fans.

House on two floors just renovated, everything brand new, very clean and in order. In a quiet and peaceful area. Parking space inside the very useful courtyard. Denis is a nice host, available and attentive to the guest. I would highly recommend staying in this house.

This is an amazing space. Very very clean. Lots of amenities. And a porch to walk out on and look down at the square and look at the views and watch the Starlings. You can walk everywhere and lots of shops and restaurants. Lots of comfortable space.

Great location for Modena, very close to historical city center and 100 m to Osteria Francescana. Perfect location if you have a car to park and extremely convenient in/out to Modena, especially you are looking to visit nearby attractions such as Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and Ferrari Museum at Maranello, also nearby cities Parma, Regio Emilia and Bologna.

Comfortable well placed apartment, within a reasonable walk to the city and with parking and a garage. Communications were prompt and very clear and helpful. The apartment is very well equipped and organised. It has an airy feel helped by the insect blinds, you do need to be able to walk upstairs.

Excellent rental!! Paolo is an outstanding host and always available!! He gave us all the good addresses for our visits and restaurants. Feel free to book with him tours of the parmesan and parma ham factories (he even accompanied us)!! The pool and jacuzzi are exceptional! The accommodation is clean and fully equipped! The perfect place to discover Parma. It is perfectly located to reach everything on foot and at the same time nice and quiet. A cute café right outside the front door - a few houses away a great trattoria. In addition, super nicely furnished - in the kitchen you will find everything you need to conjure up something at home (yes, at home😁). We felt very comfortable - for us there is now only one accommodation in Parma. :)

My husband and I stayed with Alice and her family on Valentine's weekend and we were pleasantly impressed by the customer's attention, he provided us with lots of solutions for activities and restaurants to eat. The studio was equipped with everything you need, studied in every detail as all the charming decor. In the fridge there were all the products of their farm that said one better than the other (yogurt, cream cotta and puddings and milk of the highest mountain quality). It is mandatory to visit their farm because it is really worth seeing the love and passion that the family puts in the activity and above all a special thank you goes to Paolo the owner and father of Alice who enchanted us during the visit to the farm. We had a very good time in the apartment, although it is a unique room with kitchen and room, it is quite spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is also spacious. In the garden there is a table with and a barbecue. You can leave your car in the free parking lot in front of the house. The area is quiet and close to many interesting castles to visit. The owner who lives above the apartment is very kind and always available.

This time, the experience of Italian homestay was very good. The host was very friendly and very enthusiastic. He patiently helped us solve various problems every time. It is relatively difficult to call a taxi in Italy. Every time we had to disturb the host's wife to help us call a taxi. We felt very sorry because we disturbed the host's rest every morning. The overall environment of the homestay is very good. There is a huge lawn outside where you can eat at night and enjoy the view.
