Very nice apartment, new and well equipped, good mattresses, super comfortable sofa, large TVs, air-conditioning in all rooms, beautiful and functional furniture and decorations. Good shower, but sometimes during the shower, you had to turn the gas system off and on again to reheat.

My stay was simply wonderful! The host was extremely attentive and helpful from the first contact, the place is exactly like in the clean, well-decorated, cozy photos The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants, market, the historic center and bus station. In addition, the bed was super comfortable and the atmosphere very quiet, perfect for resting after a day of sightseeing. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I will definitely return at the next opportunity. It was a perfect experience from start to finish!

The location of the house is perfect - sufficiently close to the historic center (but you can't walk!), but with privacy and quiet. The space is extremely wide, with a great garden and swimming pool! Extremely spacious rooms with excellent air conditioning. The cleaning left a little to be desired (it was a little dusty) and the utensils were a little old and/or with small malfunctions - but apart from that, everything perfect. Host responsive and very attentive!

The location and view of this Airbnb are spectacular! Quiet location, with great views of the Marina. The apartment is in great condition, very well equipped with all kitchen utensils, blankets, etc. Point of attention: it is far from the center, so ideally it would be good to have a car, but if not, there is a service inside the Marina that takes you by boat to the center.

We love the stay! The place is exactly like the photos. The pool is shallow, but it's great for relaxing. The neighborhood is close to the center and arrives quickly by car. There is not much structure in the neighborhood, but there is a small market very close to the house where I found what I needed and there is a bigger market in downtown Paraty. The kitchen structure fully assisted me. It had pots, stove, oven works well and microwave running. I missed a coffee maker, but it had a plastic filter holder. the Air conditioning is only in the rooms, but it works perfectly. The fan in the room wasn't working. There was a lot of mosquitoes at the time I went (heat and rain). I would recommend taking repellent. The place is very quiet. Since it has 4 houses on the same plot, it's not that private, but the neighbors were quite pleasant. I would rent again for sure!

Our stay at the house was quite pleasant. The property is spacious, comfortable and has integrated environments, a feature we greatly appreciated. The location near the city's entrance cloverleaf interchange offers a quieter environment, without the heavy traffic of the center, with easy access to the southern and northern beaches, in addition to being close to the city center. The hosts were helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout the stay. We appreciate the welcome and look forward to returning soon!

The space met our needs very well, we went in 4 couples and 4 dogs, the house is exactly as the photos, comfortable mattresses, air conditioning working well in all rooms, all rooms very clean, well-equipped kitchen. Very well located house, with a restaurant, market nearby and very close to the beach!! We will definitely be coming back!
