Vacation rentals with beach access in Cachadaço beach

Ingrid's accommodation seemed very appropriate to the price and the photos match reality! Everything was clean. The self check-in was very helpful and peaceful since we arrived quite late. The kitchen is very well equipped and the location is very good because you can do everything on foot. The only thing: there was no blanket or quilt and I'm a bit chilly. They clarified in an email that we should bring something if we were to be cold, but traveling with hand luggage that is impossible. Just that detail... I would definitely stay there again.

Our first time in Ubatuba and the choice of location exceeded expectations, especially in terms of location (the beach, although not for bathers, is spectacular and super close to other quieter ones). Si was very helpful, a sweetheart. We were very well received and the house had exactly the structure we were looking for to go with a 9-month-old baby: simple, comfortable and super clean!

The stay was wonderful. The space was cozy and very nicely decorated. The location was perfect, with great leisure options and restaurants nearby. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a place to stay with comfort and charm. The service was impeccable and very safe, I loved it I'll be back for sure! In addition, the cleanliness and organization of the space were impeccable, which made me feel at home. It was a wonderful experience.

And stay was excellent! The super organized apartment, supernova and organized utensils. Mariana's attention was excellent, always proactive and asking if we were comfortable and if we needed anything. In the apartment there was a catalogue with indications of bakeries, restaurants and city tours, very good even. The place super clean, caretaker was very good people. The location is good, too. Very close to the beach which made it easy to enjoy until the last minute. Surely I would be staying in the place again.

My experience was great and extremely cozy. From the beginning, the host was very helpful, always attended to us quickly and attentively, which made the stay even more peaceful. The apartment is clean, well decorated and exactly as described in the listing. The location is also excellent, close to the beach and several points of interest. Romain's house was the perfect place for our stay in Picinguaba. In the left corner of the beach, the house is isolated from the center of the village and you feel alone in nature. From the huge wooden balcony, you can see a beautiful view of the other end of the beach and the entire neighboring stretch of the São Paulo coast, as well as the Serras do Mar and Bocaina on the horizon. The house was impeccably clean, the furniture and kitchen utensils well maintained. Romain was still super helpful and quick to respond, even though he was far away, and the people responsible for the house (Gal and Cacau) were friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. The house still has access to a charming and delightful stone beach for relaxing away from human presence. We'll be back more often for sure!

We loved our stay in this paradise on earth. The house is perfect for those who want to sleep and wake up to the sound of the sea. Indescribable feeling of peace and comfort, because the bed, linens, pillows, towels, everything is very clean and of high quality. The details that make a difference in a stay. Check-in without any problems, super easy to find and communicate, really impeccable!! I'm already getting ready to come back. If you love nature, this is the place!

It was me ,husband and son😊 We arrived before the time and the Maicon(Renata's husband) received us very sympathetic. To arrive at home,he took us by boat(in less than 1 minute rs) but also possible on the trail walking for (8 minutes approx)The beauty of the place swear,not described by the photos!The house was built literally on top of the rocks.Dorm and wake up listening to the sound of the sea so close to the therapeutic one.A balcony and huge deck with lots of sun and stairs for simply a dip in the natural aquarium with several species of fish , Yesmmmm the backyard is the sea🤩We had the luck of clear nights and the moon was a spectacular part of 🙏🏼Everything very clean,in the house has everything you need to have days of peace and comfort.Ahhh without mentioning the accessibility for walks on the famous islands of the region(Island of cabbages and pigs)Including I would like to make the tour of the Island of the pigs with the Maicon ,and to close Picinguaba is 36 km from Paraty,we enjoy the night of là reco, we😊 will soon return🙏

The apartment in Itamambuca is simply fantastic and I can recommend it with all my heart. The garden is very nice and there are many birds and also other animals such as possums etc. The path to the beach is very close and the furnishings of the apartment are awesome. I'll definitely be back.

The house is wonderful, and the view then? Amazing! But what impresses most is the quality of everything – pots, blender, coffeemaker, fan, air conditioning. All brand-new! I've never been in a beach house with such powerful refrigerators, or other high-end refrigerators. The house is well taken care of – no enclosed smell, and the beds are delicious. Because it is above sea level, less sea level seems to arrive, making everything more fresh and pleasant, even in the rooms with only ventilator. The structure is impeccable: great internet, TVs with all apps, working bathrooms and even the smelly rest network. The swimming pool and the kiosk are in another plot, need to cross the alley, which calls for a logistics with food, but it doesn't spoil anything. Dica: Access requires a robust car. It doesn't have to be 4x4, but a hatch can struggle. We went from Duster and demanded attention. Ana is a phenomenal host, sending everything in advance and organization. Very polite and requests. We'll be back!

It was a dream to stay at Juliana's house in Praia do Sono. She is very friendly and was always willing to help with anything. The place is a paradise and the house is very well located. Literally in front of the beach, and next to the best beach restaurant, Flor do Mar. It's really necessary to bring repellent because there are a lot of mosquitoes, but it's also really good. We were very well received and the house offers perfect comfort after the beach. We can't wait to go back!

Wonderful apartment and condominium. Complete with a fitness center, sauna, rooftop pool with a beautiful look. Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Ribeira Mall, which has everything you can imagine. There are boat trips that leave from the ribeira bag and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

Christiane was always super helpful with everything. Your house matches the listing exactly and is a very calm and quiet condominium. The kitchen had everything needed for everyday life. Only the internet could be faster for those who want to work online. Thank you for everything.

Ahh, we love Dora's little corner! Nobody wanted to leave... What a wonderful view, it exceeded my expectations! Clean environment, clean, everything very well taken care of. We want to return for sure!

Cristiano super kind and request. It's super easy to talk to him and he's always on his cell phone. I had a health issue and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point of the apartment is the mattresses and sofas that are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)

Apartment extremely comfortable, faithful to photos! Everything is very clean and cozy, my family and I love it, and we feel at home! Amarildo, always proactive and easy to communicate with. As we went in low season, they were able to meet our request for flexibility in check-in and check-out. I highly recommend the apartment!
