Monthly Rentals in Cabouco

I stayed at this apartment for about two months. Susana was very helpful! The place is a perfect size, very clean, and as a solo female I felt very safe in the small town. Lagoa is centrally located to be able to access Ponta Delgada, Villa Franca and Ribiera Grande with about a 20 minute drive. I rented a scooter for my two month stay and had no problem getting to the main parts of the island that I needed to. However Lagoa itself is pretty small and doesn’t have any significant night life (which is honestly nice for a long term stay). Most nights were spent watching the sunset and having a glass of wine from the apartment windows. Some dogs barking and motorcycle riding sounds at night which are easily blocked out if you close the windows and turn the fan on. Susana helped with anything that I needed: provided extra bed linens, extra kitchen supplies and fixed the sink promptly when there was a leak. Would certainly stay again :)

Fantastic house, enhanced our holiday. Such a lovely place to come back to at the end of the day. Thanks for being a great host.

We really loved our stay here. The frog pond and the gardens were beautiful, and even though it was cold and rainy we used the outdoor shower in the mornings. It was also a great location to check out the rest of the island. We’d highly recommend the waterfall hikes around the island. Also, bring some gear for the rain in case there’s a downpour! Thank you for the lovely stay!

The house is perfect for large groups. When we arrived everything was very clean and the landlady had left us a gift. The location is perfect and all the facilities too. If we have to mention a drawback, it's that the top of the house is very cold and during our time there was a lot of wind and it came into the house, making it difficult to sleep. The rest was great.
