Can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb . From the views to the details , the location and more . If you are thinking about booking this Airbnb DO IT ! Pool is a perfect temperature and deep . They have life vests and floats and everything you would need for a perfect beach day . Coconut ice cream is a 5 minute walk and we definitely recommend going and walking by the beach .

Our stay at the beautiful Sea Beach Cottage exceeded all expectations! We were spoiled by the short walk to both the beach and downtown. The outdoor space was magical—we spent most of our time outside enjoying it. We had fun picking different coffee, breakfast, and dinner spots from the recommended list. Our stay was truly memorable and will always hold a special place in our hearts. We can’t wait to visit again! Lisa, thank you for having us!

As far as beach stays go, you can’t beat the views and access Bill’s place offers. It’s also so close to town and everything you could possibly need during your stay in Rincon. We loved waking up and jumping in the water and morning tea on the porch. We had some questions during our stay and Bill was so quick to respond and resolve any issues. He also gave us some great local recs. Thank you Bill!

The was cozy, clean, and quiet. The owner (Luis) is very nice and helpful. He kept the pool clean all the time. We had a great time! Tip: The “Malo es Na” Restaurant at the entrance of the street is delicious and at a walking distance.

Herlinda’s home was perfect! Better than the pictures even!! The outdoor space was spacious and relaxing. The pool was huge and clean. The whole house was super clean and smelled good. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Close to the beach! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our stay with our 17 month old and extended family. Loved the privacy aspect of the casita. Pool was amazing and we saved a ton of money with all of the extras at the air bnb- sand toys, cooler, beach wagon etc. highly recommend

The house had everything you needed to make your vacation complete. The beach chairs and accessories made the Long Beach days very comfortable. Luis was very responsive and friendly during our stay.

We had a great time at Bill's! The location right on the water is ideal. Bill was incredibly helpful with arrival logistics and suggestions of places to check out! The airbnb had many nice touches including lots of beach towels / chairs to use. Definitely hope to come back!

This home is absolutely magical. It is in a quiet neighborhood with an amazing location right on the beach. The back sun room and deck are the perfect place to spend your vacation. The home is a short drive to many great restaurants and things to do. Can’t wait to return.

We loved our stay at Mara and Marks place! Waking up to the ocean in the morning, watching the sunset each evening and every peaceful moment in between was everything we were looking for. The house was equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated the stainless steel cooking pots, aloe for sunburns, AC in the bedroom after a long day in the sun and access to a grill to cook on at sunset. Mark was responsive to all of our questions and a joy to meet! The location was close to everything. If you can plan your trip to include a Thursday it's worth visiting the art walk in the town square at night time! Great way to immerse in the local culture. I agree with other reviews that say to book this place if it's available. Don't hesitate! We hope to come back and enjoy this beautiful oasis again. Thanks for having us!

Rae and Jeff were great to communicate with and very welcoming. The house looks exactly like it does online0- dreamlike/peaceful and serene. We read recommendations in the house and went to a few places - everywhere we ate was incredible. We wish we had more time!! Great family trip - highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful place. Came here for my wife’s 50th bday and we loved it. Being literally steps from the beach was just awesome. The patio area was very comfortable place to sit and relax in the morning or after a day of fun and the sun at the beach. Lots of great places to eat close to the house or if you want to cook for yourself the house is well equipped. I would gladly stay here again if in the area with no hesitation. Janet was ultra responsive and so was Carmen. The pictures on Airbnb don’t do it justice this place was wonderful. Thank you again for making this a wonderful vacation.

Iris’s place was one of our favorite stays! It was interesting getting to the beach house, but that made it part of the fun. Iris’s place was extremely clean and she had everything you could have possibly needed. The views, beach and house were all incredible!

There was a broken cabinet drawer that had important cooking items in it and a broken LED strip over the kitchen sink, but that did not ruin our trip. The location was amazing. View from the deck was amazing. We were right next to clear beautiful water and the sunset was right off our balcony. I would recommend this place to anyone. The inside was beautiful as well with furniture and colors giving a nice relaxing accent to the beach ocean side.

It's an absolutely stunning place—spotless, and Brenda is fantastic! My family had a wonderful time. The only challenge was that getting there was trickier than anticipated, even with the helpful video instructions. For adults and families with older teens, it’s no problem, but those with small children might find it a little more difficult. Still, once you arrive, it truly feels like paradise. We can’t wait to come back!

Everything was great. I would recommend a microwave and a better mattress for the futon. Everything else was totally spectacular.

We arrived at sunset so our first impression of the place was jaw dropping. The photos do not do it justice. The scenery is spectacular. The space is super comfortable. We were able to park two vehicles easily. Yes, the road is narrow, but it’s doable. The rooms were comfortable and the AC worked great. Bathrooms were a perfect size, but the water pressure wasn’t the best. I did have some issues with the fridge the first night, but after 24 hours we didn’t have any issues. We contacted Nelson with some of the concerns and he addressed them immediately. He was super responsive and friendly. The balcony deck on the second floor is perfect especially for taking pictures. House is the prettiest house on the beach. It’s right next to a restaurant that is open through the day.

Our experience was excellent. The facilities were spotless, clean and well kept. The room was comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay: comfortable beds, good lighting, and a bathroom in perfect condition with hot water.❤️❤️ The location is extremely convenient if you want to enjoy the town and to get to the beach, which is less than 5 minutes away. It's a quiet and safe place, as it has an access gate. I will definitely return soon to stay here and I recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place. Not everyone who goes to Puerto Rico seeks solitude. We did and Sammy’s place provided just that. It was a remarkable stay. I would be remiss not to mention that we experienced an island-wide power outage. Sammy provided a generator and was very attentive to our needs during that time. We ended up leaving a day early (our choice) as it was unclear how long the outage would last and the downstream issues that might occur at the airport. Sammy’s place provided exactly what he promised, and we had a lovely time.
