Any condiments you find can be used. Below the electric stove top youll find 3 drawers; Top drawer has coffee, creamer, sugar, splenda, coffee filters, a smoothie blender and various seasonings for your convenience. Middle drawer has extra hand towels, saran wrap and foil. Bottom drawer has main pots, saucepans etc. The two cabinets to the right have a rice cooker, toaster oven, etc. On the countertop you'll find a convection/ microwave oven. Please use the provided plastic splatter cover when using the microwave option. The coffee maker is to the right of this. LIVING /DINING - MODERN conveniences: 55 inch Smart TV, 1 small outdoor Bluetooth speaker, 1 indoor Bluetooth speaker, a charging station with multiple outlets, an international outlet converter, a wireless color printer, an emergency WiFi hot spot device, an Air Conditioner & wall controlled ceiling fans. DINING; Large oval dining table can accommodate 4 people comfortably. 2 matching chairs are located at the bedroom desk/ work station. LIVING SPACE; Cushioned sectional that easily converts to a double bed (accommodates 2 adults). Most nights my boyfriend and I like to leave it converted for extra comfort while watching tv. The bed extender easily pulls out from underneath the sofa. The chaise contains a mattress topper, linens, pillows and a quilt for your convenience. MASTER BEDROOM; Sleeping on this King sized bed is a plus after a long day at the beach and sightseeing. It has a medium firm mattress with a gel foam topper for just the right balance for most sleepers. The height is high but my 5 foot frame loves to feel lost in it. The room has an Air Conditioner & wall controlled ceiling fans. Two side tables and lamps are at either side of the bed for convenience and offer storage for reading books, etc. An alarm clock is provided with 2 integrated USB ports for easy phone charging. I personally like complete darkness.. which can be had if you open the windows and carefully slide the storm shutters closed from the inside. Just be careful with your fingers. Don't get them pinched! You also have the option of turning off the alarm display by pressing the designated button on the back of the clock. DRESSER; A large dresser along the wall has plenty of more storage space. Bottom right 2 drawers contain a gel topper and queen sized air mattress in case guests prefer it over the living room sectional sleeper. The remote control of the smart tv above the dresser is located in the left side dresser top drawer. CLOSET; The wall to wall mirrored closet contains a comprehensive closet system allowing for more storage space. I currently have some personal items in the bottom 2 drawers.. other than these, please use all the other empty drawers as needed. On the right side of the closet you will find a portable ironing board with iron, plenty of hangers and extra bedding, linens, etc. On the left side of the closet you will find all beach necessities from beach chairs to beach cooler, bath towels, beach towels and much more. WORK DESK/ MAKEUP STATION; Large desk facing the beach is a great work station or makeup station. Pens and note pads are located in the right drawer. you'll find extra paper here for the printer. Reminder: wireless printer is located in the living room. WORKOUT GEAR; At the foot of the bed you ll find 1 large and 1 medium storage chests. The large is for dirty towels. Medium chest is filled with home gym equipment including weights, ab roller, yoga mats, workout band's, etc. A set of heavier weights are either inside the chest or underneath the AC since these are extra heavy/ bulky. BATHROOM: Contains automatic dispensers of body wash and shampoo in the large stand up shower for your convenience. Extra toilet paper is under the sink. Freshly cleaned towels for all guests will be available. A bucket with a hair dryer, curling iron and flat iron is located under the sink. Any toiletries seen can be used at your discretion. BALCONY; 2 chairs and convertible table are located outside. 2 matching chairs are in living room for versatility and to accommodate 4 guests on the balcony. OUTDOOR GROUNDS; 2 community gazebos with built in grill/sink bbqs located outside front on the grounds. Outdoor Beach chairs surrounding the pools.
