We loved the stay. The apartment met our needs, spacious, super furnished, and very clean. Great location, very close to the beach and the market. The very friendly and attentive host.

Well-equipped apartment, very close to Praia do Forte (near the Malibu hotel). The room with single beds was a little smaller than expected, but it did not compromise the accommodation or the trip. Ana was extremely helpful and gave us all the necessary guidance, in addition to providing us with flexible check-in and check-out. We look forward to returning soon!

We had a great holiday in the apartment! The space is very comfortable, clean and well equipped, perfect for enjoying with the family. My wife, son and I felt at home throughout the stay. The location was also good. A special mention goes to the host, who was extremely attentive and helpful from the first contact. Always available, it made all the difference in our experience. The place is in the city center, so there are many restaurants and shops within minutes of walking. The main beach is also close. The apartment is big. It has 3 toilets and 2 ACs. The kitchen has all the basic things for cooking.

The location is easy to access, the building is clean and the neighbors are polite. Nearby there is everything from supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, not to mention that Dunas beach is about 3 minutes away, Forte beach is also easily accessible, we also went to Pontal beach and Prainha beach in Arraial do Cabo, it was less than 30 minutes by car, we also went to Peró beach and Conchas beach, it is less than 30 minutes by car, we also went to Ilha do Japonês, in short everything is nearby, it is easy to find Uber and iFood. The location is excellent: one corner from a quiet beach and less than 10 minutes by car from Rua das Pedras. Easy access, quiet road and with restaurants and markets nearby that you can walk to. It was a perfect stay, I will definitely return with my friends. I highly recommend it!

A very spacious house, with common areas above the average in Búzios, which allowed all guests spaces for good socializing. The swimming pool is a show apart. Huge, good depth, it remained warm all night, only with the day's temperature. A generous barbecue area, with great smoke extraction through the chimney, without leaving a smell of smoke on the guests' clothes. Tasteful landscaping and grassy area. The stay was incredible! The space is cozy, well located and exactly as in the photos. The host was super attentive, responded quickly to all messages and was always available to answer questions. The house is beautiful, it has a great location and our children particularly liked the great pool. The beaches and the center are within easy reach. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend it.

The house is very large, the photos don't show the size of the place, but it's very large but cozy. It is located on a somewhat steep hill, so not all vehicles can go up, but it is not so far to go down and take an Uber. The street is full of cameras, so it gives security when traveling through the sector. The neighborhood looks quiet and there were no annoying noises during our stay. Sheets and towels are paid separately.

Great penthouse near Dunas beach. The host Laurent gave us good tips and Adriana welcomed us very well, showed the whole apartment and guided us with everything. Paulo, the janitor of the condominium also very helpful. Great place to spend a few days with family. I recommend it too much.

The house is in a very well located and safe condominium. Close to the beach and shopping. Good parking and safe condominium. The condominium has a swimming pool, shower and sauna. Fabio is an excellent host, always willing to listen and help us. The place is perfect, close to everything! We don't need to take the car out of the garage for anything except the market. We just miss having bedding included in the price (you can pay separately) and dishcloth and floor cloth. But nothing that can't be taken from home. We'll be back for sure!

For us, it met the expectations, great property, close to the beach and the center, bakery, pharmacy, drink distributor, everything very close. Clean and smelling sheets and towels, kitchen with all the utensils. All rooms with air conditioning and very comfortable, safe for those with children, including beach baldinho and a plank that the children used a lot. The maintenance to be done in the apartment did not disturb our stay at all, including an air conditioner started to drip and the host promptly sent someone to repair. We were welcomed and the checkin was easy and quick.

Paula's apartment is a wonderful condominium with super polite people, great concierge. Anyway, Paula is a special person, she responds quickly, we felt at home, everything was perfect, the apartment was very clean, we will definitely be back soon, my family loved it, I recommend it, 10 out of 10
