Vacation rentals with a patio in Cabo Branco Beach

I go to João Pessoa practically every semester, the point where the property is located is exactly where I like it most, mainly because of the amenities around it. On the second block of the beach, next to bakeries, pharmacies, greengrocers, a market, restaurants and close to Epitácio Pessoa Avenue. I do everything on foot and leave the car in the garage. The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning in the living room, as João Pessoa is a very muggy city, it is extremely necessary. However, it is still rare to find one like this.

The only flaw is that it ends, (laughs). The location is perfect, the accommodations are very clean and well-equipped, everything is working perfectly. Lilian responded quickly and helped a lot when we needed it. The location is excellent, quiet and close to the beach.

The host was extremely helpful and attentive, responded promptly to all requests and was very understanding. The location is great, very close to the couscous bar. However, we did not pay attention to the fact that there was no kitchen, which for us was essential.

The stay at the Co-House with Wanderley was excellent! The place is super clean, organized and exactly as shown in the listing photos, which is a very good start. Communication was quick and straightforward, and he was extremely receptive from the start. A special highlight was his care in preparing a document with several tips, useful information and suggestions for tourist places in João Pessoa, which is very helpful, especially for those who are getting to know the city. Wanderley was always available and attentive, which made all the difference in the experience. I'll definitely come back more often!

Very good, the cottage is very cozy and beautiful, very spacious too. For those who are going to rent, I leave an observation, the parking space looks small, but by slowly putting a sw4 squeeze, now if you have a truck you won't fit in.

One of the best places we've ever hosted. The house is much more beautiful than in the photos. Spacious rooms with air-conditioning, comfortable beds, furniture and utensils of excellent quality. Very quiet and safe place. And the best part of the house, Jouse, who in addition to organizing and leaving everything clean every day, even prepared a much better breakfast for us than the hotel. We also made a fantastic fish stew. Jouse helped make our experience and stay one of the best we've ever had.

Space exactly as described. Mr. Paulo was very attentive, Jacilene, who received us, was very kind and friendly, they met all our requests. They serve very tasty dishes, order the tapioca which is quite stuffed. The place is quiet and pleasant, very close to the beach. We only had a small inconvenience with a neighbor in the flat next door who made a little noise and it became uncomfortable at bedtime. Everything else was great.

The house is spectacular, super well maintained and pleasant. We were 3 families (3 couples and 5 children) and the 5 rooms are enough with comfort. Great room integrated with kitchen, living room and pool outside. Taninha and Ana are awesome. The long weekend was very nice and João Pessoa surprised me positively.

Antonio was extremely polite and attentive even before we closed the accommodation. Responding clearly and being very flexible with check-in and check-out. And after I closed, he only intensified this care in making us comfortable and with clear and quick communication. The house is very nice and well-kept, I will definitely be back more often!

Our stay was perfect, my family and I felt at home! The apartment is super comfortable, we didn't miss anything. It's super quiet to prepare meals, while the wine is chilling in the minibar, then just enjoy the food and a wonderful view through the living room window. Speaking of views, we were graced with beautiful sunrises and sunsets in the Rooftop area, an area that surprised us, as it is much better than in the photos here. Another point to be praised is the building staff, extremely polite and helpful. The host is also very polite and easy to communicate with. Our only complaint is that Édypo didn't let us stay longer! 🤣 We spent 1 month and wanted more, but it's so good there that there were no more vacancies!! We will definitely be back soon!

The location is excellent, right in front of the beach, next to Cabo Branco park, close to excellent restaurants. Maria was very kind and allowed us to check in earlier and check out later, which helped us a lot due to flight schedules. The city is wonderful, with spectacular infrastructure. We love the days we spent in the city.

Amazing experience in João Pessoa! Our stay was wonderful. The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well-structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an extra bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is secure, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The host was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We felt welcomed and at home. We will definitely be back!
