We had an amazing experience at Geison's apartment! The space is exactly as shown in the photos — very clean, nicely decorated, cozy and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed is super comfortable, the shower has great pressure and temperature, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is excellent: close to everything, with markets, restaurants and tourist spots accessible on foot or in a few minutes by car. Mobility in the region was super easy, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, it was an excellent stay and we intend to return soon!

I and my family were delighted with the flat. Very clean apartment, very comfortable beds, has everything you need to cook. The location is great, close to everything, market, bakery, restaurants, etc. The hosts are very attentive. We had no problem. We recommend it.

The flat is very well located, with clean accommodations and close to good restaurants. The host, Alberto, is very helpful and proactive. The period I used the flat was excellent for resting and enjoying the beaches. I recommend the place.

To begin with, Jessica was extremely helpful at check-in. The apartment is beautiful and was impeccably clean. Bed and bath linens were in the laundry plastic. The region where it is located is wonderful, two blocks from the famous João Pessoa sign and one from the beach. There is a pharmacy, market, bakery, pizzeria, hamburger shop, Japanese restaurant, all without needing a car. You can walk on foot in everything. Anyway, we'll be back for sure and we'll stay there. It's been a wonderful week!

We love the apartment! - Location: 10/10 - Rooms: 10/10 - Cost Benefit: 10/10 - Cleaning: 10/10 - Service: 10/10 - Sleep: 10/10 Everything was perfect: brand new building by the sea, easy to find, wonderful location, quick check-in, beautiful apartment, everything clean and comfortable. New appliances, top air conditioning in each room, great sound insulation, great household utensils for preparing meals, excellent internet! The beach in front is great, the boardwalk for walking and cycling is wonderful, restaurants/kiosks/bars on the sand with good food and live music, and access to other points of João Pessoa is very easy. The cherry on the cake is the Cabo Branco Park next door, a great food court with food trucks and fast food trailers of all tastes, prices and nationalities and live music, which tourists come from far away to visit, and right next to the building. Manoel is very attentive. Anyway, it's a place to go back!

We spent 30 very pleasant days at Marco's place. The location is great. Far from the hustle and bustle of the waterfront kiosks, but close to Cabo Branco Park (Gourmet Space, with several food spots and a wide range of local craft beers). Perfect for a bike ride or a walk on the waterfront, both in the morning and at sunset. The place is quite pleasant. Large living room and bedroom, and well-equipped kitchen, with all the utensils needed to prepare food. The generous balcony, with a cool breeze coming from the Atlantic, is the cherry on top. The condominium is very quiet, very clean, safe, and the staff were super attentive and helpful. Communication with Marco was very smooth. Marco is very nice, and he was very proactive. He provided an additional control for the garage door and a new blender. Flexible check-in and check-out, without bureaucracy. Anyway… 10/10! I highly recommend it!

The apartment is simply amazing! Excellent location, safe building and every detail thought out with great affection, I felt at home from the first moment. The host was super attentive, with flexible check-in and check-out, which made all the difference. Everything was perfect, I only have compliments. When I return to João Pessoa, I definitely want to stay here again!

The best choice we've made.🫶🏼 The apartment is complete, it has everything we need, pots, beautiful cutlery, a coffee maker, a brand new refrigerator. Everything was new and extremely clean, I literally felt at home. Super new apartment and building. The beautiful and cozy decor, the beautiful furniture, the living room sofa was so excellent that it made you want to sleep on it all day, and we even managed to set the table because everything was on site. Nearby we have markets, restaurants and everything we need. Everything is close by and you can go on foot or by Uber (very cheap), the concierge staff are all helpful, polite and very friendly. Communication with our host was wonderful, always attentive and responding quickly. The pool view is wonderful, laundry works very well. Anyway, only compliments, everything was beyond what we imagined and we will definitely return.

Karina's accommodation is simply perfect! The apartment is beautiful and we received it very clean and fragrant. It has everything you need for a great stay and has quality bed and bath linens. The bed is very comfortable and the decor is beautiful! The location is the strong point, as it allows you to do everything on foot safely (near a pharmacy, restaurants, bars, market, bakery and everything the waterfront offers), in addition to the wonderful balcony view of the sea. Check-in and check-out were very easy and the doormen are very friendly and helpful! Karina was very attentive, friendly and helpful, an excellent host! We recommend this accommodation with our eyes closed and we will definitely be back!

It was one of the best stays of my life. The host was always extremely cordial and kind to us. The apartment is extremely clean and cozy, with a wonderful view of the sea. We felt, with the wonderful welcome of the hosts, as if we were at home.

I went on vacation with my wife, we really liked the flat, everything was thought out in the smallest details, bed, pillows, sheets and blankets of the best quality. Lighting and air conditioning, all automated with Alexia, which helps a lot. The building is new, the leisure area is top-notch with an incredible view of the sea. There is a laundry room on the ground floor (paid separately) I would definitely come back, especially since breakfast will be served at the reception (paid separately). The host is very helpful and friendly, no complaints. I recommend it for sure. Super indico

Ailton was super kind and helpful, both before and during the stay. Apartment just like in the photos, well-equipped and clean. Well ventilated, we don't even have to use air conditioning. Very good common area of the building, with a clean swimming pool, fitness center, game room. Excellent location, we did everything on foot or by Uber. Very close to Tambaú beach (one block away), bars, restaurants, fairs and craft shops, pharmacies and the Bomfim bakery (great option for breakfast). When I return, I will stay with Ailton again. I highly recommend it!
