We had an excellent stay! The apartment is super well equipped, with all the necessary utensils, in addition to being clean and organized. The location is great, with easy access and everything nearby, such as pharmacies, markets and bakeries. The region has great beaches, which are definitely worth exploring. Rosiliane welcomed us very warmly, always helpful and attentive. We appreciate all the care and attention!

The location is perfect, sandy foot on bessa beach, with a quiet sea for those who will travel with children. The building has good infrastructure, with a heated pool, gym, grocery store and toys. The apartment is excellent and was very clean. Township has all the necessary utensils, coffee maker (there was powdered coffee and some capsules), pots, good bedding and towels. Contact was accessible from the beginning. We had an issue on a door that was quickly resolved. Highly recommended for those who want to spend good times in João Pessoa.

very good location, we chose not to rent a car and we were able to get Uber very easily and super affordable prices for important beaches and departure points for tours. It was great!! Very cozy, and very good atmosphere to be. Only the bathroom had a bit of a bad smell that we don't know what it was, but it wasn't unbearable .

Quiet place, great for families with children. Very good pool and the playroom our daughter loved! Márcia was a lot requests when we need it.
