Hi , T1 28 m2 on the ground floor, air-conditioned, 4 people. Garden with plancha (about 100 m2) and pool (4x2 and 1.10 m deep) 15 minutes from the beaches (Canet-en-Roussillon or Saint-Cyprien) and 10 minutes from the center of Perpignan. The garden and pool are shared spaces with the three of us but can be privatized on request from October to April. We usually use the pool from 4pm to 6pm. We are a couple with a 6-year-old child. Cinema and children's parks in the town.
