Basement Apartment with fenced backyard. Pets Ok.

Fully equipped apartment in the separate basement of an historic bungalow in Inman Park, Atlanta. Super safe. Queen sized bed in bedroom with en-suite bathroom and TV. Living room with sofa and TV. Kitchen with stove and oven. No dishwasher. Washer and dryer in the kitchen - small loads only. Basically a perfect space to stay for a short time! There is significant noise overhead. There are adult footsteps, an infant, and a cat making noise 24/7. You will hear vacuuming upstairs is on Tuesdays.

Welcome to our house, which was built in 1896, and renovated by our artist family in the 1980s. It's an old fashioned airbnb - we live here, and you're like our downstairs tenants for the time you're here. We'll leave you alone unless you need us. If you're going to the Eastern for a concert, we're a great place to stay. You can walk there from here. Close to beltline, highway, buses and subway, shopping, restaurants, parks, downtown. Good for walkers and bikers. Come stay at our house!
