Very accommodating and responsive host. Place feels like home away from home. Loved the free coffee, just what we needed when we arrived. Amenities are complete especially the kitchen. Would book again if I’m in Butuan and would recommend to family and friends.

wonderful experience here. the host is very accommodating and helpful. internet is very reliable. no brownout either (unless scheduled). bathroom has updated toilet, private shower area and is spacious enough with hot water and bidet. the bed sheets and towels can be changed upon request. the host is very attentive and willing to help with any needs. this place is owned and ran by very kind people and you will not regret your stay. lastly, it is very secure with your own keys to your room and to the door downstairs that locks as well so you will always feel safe and private. It's also very close walking distance to a convenient 711 and the SM. no need to have a ride to either location.

I'm immensely grateful we found this gem! Really thankful to the ma'am Kim for allowing us to stay at her place. The place was aesthetically pleasing and we're thrilled that we're able to stay there. Also grateful to ma'am Kim for being so responsive and helpful to cater our needs during our stay. 😊
