The house is only 5 kilometars away from Pula and Medulin.The house has 20 square meters and in front of the entrance there is a terrace with one table and four chairs. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment in Pula! Ratko and Julijana were amazing hosts, super friendly, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, and all the thoughtful little details made it feel cozy, warm, and like a true home away from home. If we ever return to Pula, this would definitely be our first choice again. Highly recommended!

The place was equipped with everything you need and very clean. Because the bed was a little too hard, Farid provided us with an extra mattress. The views from the terrace of the attic apartment are unique. It is a bit of a pity that the terrace cannot be used in the morning and during the day when the sun is shining with a little stronger wind, as the sun awnings cannot be left open. The house is a bit noisy, but if everyone behaves calmly and considerately, it is an absolutely great place to come down and enjoy the tranquility. Farid is always helpful and very straightforward. The path down to the beach takes about 15 minutes via a forest path, which is easy to manage with good shoes. We were lucky that it was not yet high season and the beach was not overcrowded at all except on weekends. All in all highly recommended for a quiet getaway.

The place is really great, a beach and a very good restaurant where also various bike paths pass by about 200 meters away! It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the center along the promenade. The place has a nice large terrace - great for eating and relaxing and corresponds 100% to the photos. Suzana is a very lovely and nice hostess, we'll be back for sure!

Simple and convenient apartment with a pleasant private terrace and a parking space for us. Hosts were very welcoming and accepted us warmly. They helped us out with everything we needed. We especially liked the convenient location for autumn walks and swimming - very close to nice beaches, walking to wilder beaches and to the old town along the beach.

We did really much enjoy our stay at Lena’s place! It’s very spacious with a beautiful balcony and it’s close to the (dog) beach so that you can walk there. Lena and her family are very friendly & attentive people, the communication was easy and they gave us good tips. I would recommend staying there especially if you like a quiet neighbourhood.
