House vacation rentals in Bužinija

We stayed here for one week with our 3 kids. The place is beautiful, very quiet yet close to Koper, a animated city (about 10 min by car). It's a good spot to start a trip to one of several beaches (20-30 min), famous caves (30-40 min) or Ljubljana (1h drive) or even hiking in the Triglav area (2h drive). The house itself is very nice, clean and offers everything you need. The kids especially loved the big pool which they could access whenever they wanted. Andreja is very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of great Tips. Thank you very much!

Zorica was a fantastic host. She gave wonderful recommendations that she tailored specifically for our family, including great suggestions of beaches and water activities for our children. She even recommended a lovely village and restaurant to stop at on the way to our next location. The house was beautiful and clean and had everything that we required, with air conditioning in the main rooms and a lovely pool. We would definitely recommend this house and host and it was great to visit such a beautiful area of Croatia. Thank you.

This Property had the most amazing view of Motovun. The only things we would preface for anyone looking at the property: *If you have younger kids, be aware that the pool is right next to the pool house and home with no barriers. *If coming in the cooler months where you will need heat: There is no furnace or heat pump for the home, so you will be required to use a wood burning fireplace/stove. This wood burner heats the whole house efficiently, but it is something you will have to stock and service this yourself. *Be aware that you are right next to the woods and are basically in the country here, so you may have to look out for little critters Other than these couple items, our stay was pleasant and felt we got the most out of our stay in Istria.

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

Contact and handover of the cottage is very quick and easy via WhatsApp. The house is very large and spacious. The garden and pool are also very large and well maintained. The sea is a 10-minute walk away. The kitchen is simple. The ping pong table as well as the barbecue are also in good condition as shown in the photos.

We have been to this beautiful cottage for the second time and it was absolutely fantastic again! The house is well equipped, very clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The pool is a real highlight. Our two dogs also felt completely comfortable and enjoyed the stay. A very big thank you to the warm host – as always, everything was perfectly prepared and we felt immediately welcome. I'm sure we'll be back!

We were guests as a family of 4 in Esther's small, Istrian cottage. Ester, as well as her daughter Edita, were super friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The excursion destinations Edita recommended to us were great. 😃 The parking is located behind the house, the driveway or exit is a bit tricky due to the adjacent olive trees, but otherwise no problem. The pool is not visible from the street and is located a bit off the house. We liked to use the sun terrace, even though one or the other hallway was no longer completely intact. The beds are perfect, we slept very well in it. Beds are made and there are plenty of towels. The kitchen is well equipped so that you can prepare all kinds of things. Air conditioning on all floors, also a plus. 👍 Close the windows that you don't hear about the traffic. A perfect starting point for things to do for us. Thank you! 🫶

Peter’s apartment is so magic… this place is so quiet and renovated very esthetic. You’re in the middle of nowhere. You can have slow mornings with sunshine and nature. But don’t forget you need to have car. Wifi works very well. Kitchen well equipped.

This house is a little paradise. It is friendly, it made us feel directly “at home”. The view from the garden towards the sea is spectaculair. We stayed with two little kids who loved to play in the garden. It is a very beautiful house with a safe (surrounded) beautiful garden in a quiet small village. The house is well equiped with a dish washer and everything you need. Nice detail is that there is no tv, but plenty of more rewarding activities such as making a fire in the fire place, bbq’ing, chilling in the hammock, playing the guitar, Reading a book: Nejc is a very kind host. We definitely recommend this place.

Olya's Motovun home is a beautiful space located on a quiet pedestrian path, just below a charming church, bell tower, and one of the town's gates. It’s impeccably designed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully curated. Highly recommend either the entire home - if it suits your party size - or the downstairs apartment.

Charming house with great location and responsive hosts...

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Gloria and Alen were wonderful hosts! This place is truly exceptional—we loved the style of the house, and it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. We’ll definitely be coming back; it’s earned a spot on our top list!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vila Kolumban. The garden was perfect for our kids to play in and the views were amazing. The surroundings were peaceful and we were able to completely relax. The house was comfortable, light, spacious and clean. Špela provided games for our kids to play with and gave us recommendations for the local area. Špela and Peter were friendly and kind. We recommend booking this place!

Our family (6 adults) vacationed in Alfredo's accommodation - we enjoyed the 9 nights and we didn't miss anything! Alfredo was very accommodating, always answered directly and quickly took care of questions and concerns such as an earlier check-in or an empty gas bottle and exchanged it quickly. He gave everything to make us feel at home. Two friends spontaneously visited us for one night and stayed in the extra apartment, which was no problem for Alfredo, thank you for that! We highly recommend☺️ Novigrad: a beautiful beach with great restaurants, an inviting small town and leisure activities such as tennis courts, oil tasting and numerous offers for wine tastings, etc. are in the immediate vicinity.

The accommodation was great. The house was beautiful and very cozy (better than in the photos) and big enough for 3-4 families with children. The yard was beautifully landscaped, the sand in the playground was clean and completely soft. Pool clean and large. We appreciated the kitchen facilities that were better than at home. We had a great time with the grilling place, there was wood and coal. We have nothing to complain about this place. It was a great vacation. We'd love to come back :)

It was just perfect - we had a problem with the car so we had to check in a bit early, wich wasn't a problem at all. The villa is super equipped and specially the garden with pool, table tennis, golf, jacuzzy, outdoor kitchen and an amazing view is so so good - we spent our entire stay outside in the sun :) When we got home, we noticed that we forgot a watch - we got in contact with Sabina, she looked for it and sent it to us immediately. Thank you so much for that :)

It was a pleasure staying here. The house is located in a quiet town just outside of Poreč, with everything you need close by. The build quality is among the best I've seen in Croatia – everything feels solid and is made with high-quality materials. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully designed and well-maintained. Mario has been incredibly helpful, taking care of even the smallest details. Thank you for having us!

The property is located in the middle of downtown Novigrad and everything is within walking distance. Just around the corner is the sea with a casual bar. We were 4 adults and a toddler and the place is really well laid out and equipped. The parking is about 10 minutes' walk, but that's not a problem. Simply drive to the accommodation, unload everything and one person then parks the car there. The car is no longer needed for further trips. You have everything on site - the sea, many children's playgrounds, great extensive walking paths, great restaurants, gravel/stone beach :) With Giulia, communication was straightforward and everything was to our satisfaction. Therefore 5 points.

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. Thank you Zeljko for your hospitality. We hope to be back again soon.

The house was even nicer than in the photos, we would come back any time! All the amenities you need & Marija was always available to answer questions. In the small town it is very quiet but you have a mini market. Top value for money.

A great accommodation that facilitated our first boys' trip! This house was equipped with a cute swimming pool and great white wines under the sunshine. If you would like to stay somewhere quiet but enjoy the craziness of the surrounding cities, then this place is the one. We really enjoyed it and will speak warmly about it to our friends and family.
