2 Bedroom Rural Cottage

AmyRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We had a lovely weekend stay. Location was absolutely stunning - amazing views from the hot tub and deck area. Very peaceful. Lovely walks right on the doorstep and plenty to keep us busy in the nearby area, although we spent a lot of time just relaxing in the cottage. We had a small issue with the boiler but Linnett was quick to respond to us and the problem was fixed within a few hours.

HOT TUB Luxury Converted Barn

TomRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Lovely place, very clean and classy, the kitchen had a wide range of tools and the bathroom was extremely clean and spacious. The hot tub and sauna were of course a nice aspect and they were both well maintained. The whole place was a pleasure to stay in. Scott was excellent at communicating, very proactive, helpful and just simply friendly. Instructions left around the house were easy to follow we had zero problems. Would definitely reccomended to anyone!

We enjoyed a lovely two night stay in Lia's place in Letwell. The bedrooms were all decent sized and everyone slept well, and everything was of a high quality throughout the house. The garden was particularly spacious and we enjoyed seeing the wildlife and hearing the toads at night.

We had a wonderful stays at Matthews place. A beautiful cottage, extremely clean and tidy and added extras like brand new slippers, fresh milk, and biccys waiting for us. The hottub was a treat, we contacted Matthew before our stay to ask if he could cool the hottub due to the hot weather, which he immediately responded and did. The cottage was spotless! Walks from your front door up to Cubar Edge, amazing views. We loved our stay and highly recommend this air b & b. Thanks for having us!

We loved our stay at Peveral House! The location is great with a co-op, cafes and pubs all within a very short walking distance. The cottage itself has had a lot of thought put into every aspect including local bread and coffee for breakfast. Dale and Victoria were also very responsive and helpful while we were there - I couldn’t recommend more and hope I can return soon :)

A very comfortable house — clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we were pleasantly surprised to find eggs, butter, milk, white wine, and juice already prepared for us. It was such a thoughtful and considerate touch. The surrounding scenery is beautiful and truly relaxing — you’ll definitely enjoy your stay and won’t be disappointed. If we visit Peak District again, we’d absolutely love to return to this house.

SnapTin - a lovely cottage in beautiful Bakewell

LorettaRating, 5 stars5 days ago
It is our 2nd time here and will definately not be our last. A fantastic Air BnB, with everything you could wish for and things you would not think to bring - flask, backpack, maps, provisions for dog, plenty of books, candles. I could go on, but not enough space! I would thoroughly recommend this place, Bakewell town centre is only a short walk away. The decor is truely wonderful and everything has been done to a very high standard. Thank you for an amazing holiday

Just as described and what we needed for the one night we were there. Would have been nice to sit and watch the boats go by but that will have to wait until the next time we stay. The bed is very comfortable, the house is clean, no very clean, with exactly what you need in logical places. Had a great and quiet night sleep and the easy parking was a nice bonus. Thanks for having us.

Pretty Peak District Cottage - Pub, Cafe & Walks

LauraRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had such a wonderful stay at the bakehouse. It’s clear this is this is a much loved family retreat, not an Airbnb that cares only about the margins and provides the bare minimum. The house is so well appointed: it makes it so easy to self cater when there is everything you could possibly need. Homemade pizza at dusk on the terrace listening to the birdsong was a highlight for us: how wonderful to have a pizza oven! We were also very grateful for the amount of items available for our baby which meant we could travel light. The hosts provided a very helpful manual and were responsive to any questions. It’s an ideal base to explore so many beautiful places close by and we certainly hope to return.

Millstone Cottage - Cosy Peak District Cottage

AmandaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We had a lovely week staying in Millstone Cottage. The property was spacious, clean, well maintained and comfortable. Taddington is a lovely, small and peaceful village and well located to reach all the places of interest that we wanted to visit. The local pub (The Queens Arms) serves great food, and Sally's other recommendations (The Bulls Head at Monyash, Anglers Rest at Millers Dale) were also great for food. In particular, The Anglers Rest - right next to the River Wye, was lovely. And to top it off, we had wall-to-wall sunshine most of the week! No hesitation in thoroughly recommending Millstone Cottage for a great holiday in the Peak District.

We had a lovely stay at this fabulous place. The house is exactly as the pictures show and as it is described. Tim was very communicative and all instructions were very clear. The house and garden are in excellent condition and lived up to expectations. There were some nice touches too, fresh flowers, a welcoming Bakewell Tart and containers of ‘help yourself’ sweets! Our party consisted of 4 couples and the property easily accommodated us all, both inside and out.

Jack's Cottage, Longnor, Peak District

Vicky Rating, 5 stars1 month ago
I stayed at Jack’s Cottage in Longnor over the bank holiday weekend from Thursday 22nd to Monday 26th May, and it was absolutely perfect. The cottage was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed—there really wasn’t anything missing. The kitchen was fully equipped, the fire added a lovely touch of warmth in the evenings, and both the sofa and bed were really comfortable, which made for a very relaxing stay. The only small thing I might have liked was a radio for a bit of background music, but that’s more of a personal preference than a necessity. Mary was an excellent host, incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to questions before my stay. As I was visiting without a car, her clear and thoughtful communication made a real difference and made everything very easy. If you’re in need of transport, especially on Sundays when buses don’t run, I also found the local taxi service, A2Z Taxis, to be really friendly and helpful. All in all, Jack’s Cottage was a fantastic place to stay
