Lovely cottage, close to everything but set back in stunning surroundings. Cottage had everything we needed and was well equipped.

The place was lovely and was extremely cosy 😊 we had a great time especially in winter. Maria was so lovely and helpful and picked us up from the station and offered to take us back. Perfect for a countryside getaway with beautiful surroundings, would highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Weather was cool so we didn’t spend time in the beautiful garden but the azaleas bloomed and we enjoyed them from the lounge. Fiona left all kinds of delicious treats and a bottle of prosecco for us. The house was well situated for Monk’s House, Charleston Farm, Great Dixter, Standen House and Batemans. Supermarkets are nearby as are many good restaurants.

Lucy and Rog are awesome hosts! They went above and beyond, helping us get into Royal Tumbridge Wells, and sorting us a table at Hartfields for breakfast. Can’t recommend staying with them more!! This was our second stay and we’ve now tried both the buxted inn and the white hart, and both were great!
