Hidden away from the bustle and suburban sprawl of Dayton Ohio, you can forget where you are with this place in the woods. However, at the same time it is close to everything you could possibly need or want. The peacefulness of the property is such that it is worth a visit to calm your spirit and reconnect with what's important in life. Unique place and convenient to both Hwy 70 and 75. it was nice to have a garage to park the car. I would recommend this place.

Great location, amazing pickleball park, right across the street. Quiet neighbors, quiet neighborhood, great little donut shop around the corner and very convenient to every place I needed to be especially the airport.
