Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Butler Beach

The cottage was such a nice place to stay. It was peaceful, a great area to walk (including 5 mins to the beach!), friendly neighbors, very clean house, nice fenced yard with a great screened in lanai and a patio. Every detail was thought out. There were plenty of dishes, cookware, linens, towels and in the garage everything you need (adults and kids) to head to the beach. The decor is beachy, cheerful and relaxing. Plenty of tvs (every room and on the lanai), great internet all so convenient. I would like to stay again sometime and highly recommend!

Geny and Chris are wonderful hosts—always quick to respond whenever I had a question. The house was very clean, comfortable, and made my family feel right at home. The location is excellent, with the beach just a short walk away, which made our family gathering even more enjoyable. The refrigerator’s ice maker could be improved, and the kitchen might benefit from new plates and pans, but everything was still functional. There were plenty of linens and towels, more than enough for our group of 12. We truly appreciated our stay and the welcoming atmosphere.

This was our families first Airbnb and it has set the bar high! It was like our little home away from home. My daughter wanted to stay and never leave. It was wonderful being within walking distance to the beach, and the beach front was perfect. I would stay here every and anytime I plan a vacation to Florida. I really loved everything about this vacation rental. Thank you so much for all the hospitality at your resort, it made our family vacation one of the best!

This place was amazing! Perfect location, only 15 minutes of St. George street. The pool was amazing and very refreshing! My dog absolutely loved the backyard. We even got to see a few deer! Very clean and the host is very responsive. My nephew loved the pool table! I would definitely recommend this location!

They were very kind and it was a great price, the neighborhood was very friendly and walkable, the house was very neat and clean, also the perfect size for two people! Beach access was less than 5 minutes away, and TONS of things to do and see were really close by, we had a great time and recommend staying here! We hope to come back soon!!

Loved the location of the house. There was so much to do nearby, but it was very peaceful. it was close to a beautiful beach. The rooms were nice and the pool space was great. We definitely ended up doing quite a bit of laundry because we kept running out of towels and there were a lot of empty spice containers in the cabinet when we arrived, so we made a trip to the store to replace some of those. Overall, it was a beautiful house and a great location. We were sad to leave!

Really beautiful memorable stay

We loved staying at Cary’s. The home was close to all the things we wanted to do - easy walk to the beach and we enjoyed bike riding the neighborhood. The pictures of the home were a good representation of what we found when we arrived. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and everything was very clean. If our travels bring us back St Augustine we’d be happy to stay again.

I made a mistake when choosing the dates for my trip, and didn’t realize till I showed up. I felt so silly, but reached out to Caio anyway, and he responded almost immediately even though it was late, and he was at an event out of state. He had had a cancellation and competently and graciously accommodate me last minute. I was so grateful! Check-in was easy, and our stay was super relaxed. We really enjoyed the easy access to the private beach. Would totally stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Seahorse Studio! The space was beautiful, recently updated, and spotless—everything felt fresh and thoughtfully maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made it a comfortable retreat after a long day out exploring. The location was also ideal—close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Highly recommend!

There is a painstaking attention to detail in this homey hideaway. The turquoise -- from the shower mat to the Keurig -- are surprisingly cheery and not overdone! They greeted us really well once we got there and they were showing us the map to go around the area and the neighborhood they were really respectful. They always greet us in the morning in the afternoon. It was an amazing place and I really really recommended to everyone who wants to travel to Saint Augustine. It’s really worth it. Everything’s walkable distance and they were polite. I will definitely come back with my friend. We enjoyed it. It was really peaceful. They’re really quiet and they were just really amazing. I stayed with my daughter. We loved this studio. It is set up perfectly. Big bathroom. Tons of towels. Everything you need including beach chairs and an umbrella. Loved the book of recommendations which is also available on the site listing. We felt so safe and comfortable here. Very responsive when I had a question. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at this Air BnB in Saint Augustine! The place was clean and beautifully maintained with an old Florida feel/charm—very cozy and quiet inside, perfect for relaxing; very cozy on the outside with back porch and fenced in yard. The location was ideal, just minutes from historic downtown and close to everything you might need. What really stood out was the host—absolutely fantastic in every way: incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. This was easily one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Thanks Lori for a great stay! The condo is beautiful and accurately described. We very much appreciated the beach gear and items for kids to use; it saved us from buying items to use for a few days. Also her kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. I highly recommend her condo!

Updated condo. Very well appointed. kitchen: had appropriate condiments and spices. cooking utensils were new and not damaged. No flaking Teflon or cheap Walmart pans. Living room: comfy couches. pull out couch was actually comfortable for a kid to sleep on. had games, didn't use them. Bedrooms: comfy beds. pillows were very firm. the extra pillows provided were softer. Bathrooms: came with plenty of towels including beach towels. Had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Patio: spent my mornings drinking coffee and watching the sunrise. plenty of seating. also the unit is on the 3rd floor, so the mosquitos and other biting bugs didn't get up that high. the grill is electric (condo requirements from the looks of the other units) so it is slow to heat up. fyi if you are grilling. Facilities: the workers and facilities are great. pool big. nice lawn for kids that had movies some nights. had tennis/pickleball courts, indoor pool and racquetball. had food trucks at pool daily

We enjoyed our stay in Saint Augustine Beach at Todd's listing. The best part of the rental is the beach access which is about a 10 minute walk from the unit or you can park closer in visitor spots to get to the beach and beach pool even sooner. The place was clean, AC was great, and the shower was nice and warm. We would definitely stay here again if in the area! Todd was very responsive and friendly.

Great place to stay right on the beach. Beautiful beach view with direct access. Very clean & quiet retreat. We enjoyed our stay with our teenage daughter and niece. Will consider staying there again!

The place is beautiful! Perfectly located for everything we wanted to do and felt like we were at home upon returning! They offered fabulous recommendations for for and beaches! They reached out and let us check in a little early and that was a welcome surprise!!
