Beachfront vacation rentals in Butler Beach

These were the absolute bests hosts we have ever encountered. So responsive and helpful. Truly amazing. Great place with a backyard pool and a short walk to the beach and to coffee and food.

Thank you Marty, it was perfect. The view was amazing. The condo was great for us. We visited the Washington Oaks State Park just down the road. We had lunch at Captains BBQ just south of Marineland on A1A. Tony's Pizza is right across the street from the condo. The beach was access and the beach was super. If you are looking for a beach vacation, this is a great pick. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will be looking to coming back in the future. The swimming pool was perfectly maintained and everyone that was using it looked like they were having great time. Perfect for young and older people, like I said, this was the perfect spot for us. Thank you so much.

Tim and Melody were fabulous hosts. They were responsive and accommodating from our first communication to checkout. The house is in a great location with lots of amenities for a beach vacation. Christopher was such an amazing host! The home is even more beautiful than the pictures and truly GORGEOUS! A very short walk to the beach and the pool area was private and serene. The bed was sooooo comfy and everything was immaculate! Truly a gorgeous home, if you ever decide to sell, let me know Christopher LOL 10/10 recommend

The house was a perfect place for our family to get away for a few days. Plenty of room to spread out. We greatly enjoyed the pool! It was about a 5 min walk to the beach and around 10 min drive to downtown St. Augustine. We appreciated the provided pool towels, toys, beach chairs and wagon. We would stay here again!

Amazing, very clean, safe, beautiful place. We loved being walking distance from the beach. We spent most mornings and evenings in the pool which was super clean and well taken care of. The house had everything we needed for towels, linens, and kitchen items. My family and I really enjoyed our stay, kept commenting on how great of a place the Airbnb was and how accurately it was depicted. We had a great escape from stick season.

5/5 Stars! We booked this oceanfront condo last minute for a birthday celebration and it was absolutely perfect! The weather was beautiful all weekend, and the view from the condo was breathtaking — nothing beats sipping coffee while listening to the ocean in the morning. The location was super convenient — just minutes from great food and fun activities. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Tip: bring your own beach towels, as those aren’t provided! We had such a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Allen was a great host and we all had an incredible time. Steps to a beautiful private beach and fabulous pools. More than enough space for 7 of us in the condo. We will definitely try to stay again.

The condo is exactly as described. The views are incredible. It is a perfect location within 10-20 minutes of anything you could want to do. Loved the private beach access and pools. The owners provided everything you need for a fun day at the beach!

This was perfect for a quiet family vacation, but still close to local fun! The location was easy to find and navigate to local outings. The beach was close and quiet. The place was cozy and clean, but felt like you had plenty of room.

Misti’s home was very clean and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable, great decks, amazing view, and loved the quiet and peaceful surroundings. Very close to historic St. Augustine as well. This property was absolutely gorgeous! The beach was beautiful and very private. We were literally steps from the water and could hear the ocean waves from every room of the house. There is plenty of outdoor space and chairs to lounge and soak up the sun. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and hope to book this property again!

We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

We loved everything about our stay! We were traveling with two young kids, and the house had everything we needed and more. Really appreciated the wagon and all the beach toys and extra towels, and how easy it was to walk to the beach. Julie was so responsive to questions, and you can just tell she cares about the comfort of her guests. When we come back to Crescent Beach, we will definitely stay here again!

We started our little family vacation in Vilano Beach last year and decided to make it a yearly tradition. This house was perfect! It was a close walk to the beach and had everything we needed. There were plenty of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, etc! Lori also provides a very detailed book full of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The neighborhood is so cute and perfect for walking the dog. The house was very accommodating for the pup as well. It was another fun filled vacation!

First time staying here, but we've always had a great experience staying at Lisa's properties in St. Augustine, always clean with thoughtful amenities, and very close to the beach. Lisa is an amazing hostess, and we're so lucky that she loves dogs!

Wendy’s place was exactly as described. It was very comfortable but clutter free. The beach was very close, just about a block or so, on a quiet street. I loved that Wendy did not have a ridiculous cleaning fee or pet fee. We always clean up before we leave any Airbnb we stay in, so having expensive cleaning costs are always a turn off. Overall, the home was very clean and tidy. The couch was super comfy with automated recliners. Wendy provides plenty of beach supplies, as well as kitchen items for cooking. Everything worked! The giant Roku enabled tvs were a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place. Amazing location. Walking distance to the most gorgeous beach. Nice and close to the town of Saint Augustine. Well equipped, clean, and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend and we will be back!
