Nice place to stay with beautiful views.

Together with a good friend, we had fantastic days in Patrick's house. Patrick is easy and quick to communicate, came nicely in time to give instructions about the house and tips about the area. The house was also preheated and there was a nice homemade soup ready for us. That's super anyway! The house is really nicely refurbished, super cozy and equipped with every comfort. The stove in the middle of the room is a huge eye-catcher and gave a lot of extra atmosphere. There was enough wood so that was nice. The shower was of good quality. In terms of location, we moved a lot towards Bastogne, which is about a 20-minute drive away, to visit the museums that are grandly set up about the Second World War. A 2-minute drive from the house, there is a local supermarket where you can actually get everything. In short, a nice place and a great place to stay! Thank you Patrick for your hospitality, we'd love to come back!

Beautiful house tastefully decorated, close to beautiful walks. Spacious rooms with good bedding. Beautiful bathrooms. Ultra-modern kitchen. Everything is very well thought out. Great for a family stay. Everyone was delighted with this weekend. We would highly recommend this listing. We'll definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay at Marie Paule's place. A very hospitable woman, who was also very sweet to our children. Our 2-year-old son worked with her in the garden for an afternoon. The cottage is very suitable for a family. Well equipped, nice bedrooms and the garden- which is huge- is very nice for hiking or for a picnic. The location in relation to Aubel with all nice shops, a very cozy market on Tuesday and on Saturday and the adbij of Val-Dieu is very convenient. In short: really good value for the money. I can recommend this place with peace of mind!

We had a pleasant stay in a quiet area from where you can easily take signposted walks. You are also in Bastenaken very quickly. The house itself is very spacious and matches the listing.

We had a lovely stay! The house is comfortable and tastefully decorated, with a nice kitchen for cooking or making a good cup of coffee. The cozy living room invites you to relax – perfect for a book by the fireplace or a movie night. Thanks to the nice weather, we also enjoyed a barbecue in the sunny garden. The surroundings of Kesseling are beautiful and worth exploring. You can also take beautiful walks directly from the house. An ideal base for both a relaxing and active holiday. Finally, Ben is a friendly and helpful host, who responds quickly to questions.

We had a great time at Gerold's place! It's walking distance to the Phantasialand, has all the amenities you need and a very pretty outside seating - the house itself is in a very peaceful neighbourhood, a car to get around is recommended!

Very nice and spacious apartment. The pool table was a great success. Within walking distance, among other things, a good ice cream parlor with delicious ice cream. Nice walk to the tri-border point. Recommended!

Unfortunately, we (two adults, two children) were only in Liège for one night passing through. But the apartment is really great! Furnished with beautiful style and yet modernly equipped. The location is also good: on foot you are right in the city center and at the restaurants, the car can be parked in the modern parking garage "Parking Carré - Jonfosse" only 200 m away at a moderate price. So we highly recommend the place!

Everything is great! Unfortunately we only had 3 nights and would have liked to have stayed longer. Beautiful apartment with a small terrace and fantastic views. Lots of greenery and absolute tranquility, wonderful hiking opportunities and the proximity to Bad Münstereifel. We will be back!!! Small suggestion for the parking description: Instead: "next to the courtyard driveway" better: in front of the courtyard driveway, on the road on the green strip. We first drove in, then only found the meadow in front of the clothes dryer and initially parked there with a clear conscience;-) We only discovered the sign on the street later and then of course like to park around. We greatly enjoyed our time in Sprimont! It's a wonderful stay! The terrace is south-west oriented, so you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. Communication with David went very smoothly. We highly recommend this stay!

It took a rib from our body this stay, but we got a lot in return. A rooftop terrace for the hot days and two heaters for the cold. We understand that the owner also regularly uses the place himself and that is noticeable. In terms of cooking utensils, bed linen, blankets for the sofa... everything is correct. The apartment actually feels like a home away from home and in that regard we would definitely love to come back!

The apartment is in a great location. Close to shops, restaurants and the bus station. Lots to see and do for everyone. Nice and quiet and a very short walk to the hustle and bustle.

The location was very good: quiet, cozy and surrounded by beautiful nature. The house itself was very neat and clean and equipped with every comfort. It was clear that both the interior and the amenities were taken care of with care and attention to detail. It was also very pleasant that there were all kinds of stuff available for use, which made the stay extra comfortable. And of course the presence of Stuki. In short, nothing but praise! Beautiful home and very spacious. We went by with 5 adults and 4 children. The sauna and hot tub are an added value for young and old. A word of explanation about the operation of the hot tub as the warm-up time would have been helpful. We had a nice stay.

This was such a beautiful location to stay. We got blessed with great weather and enjoyed sunbathing and BBQs in the large open space at the rear of the property. There were nearby stores (Lidl, Aldi) available which was great for self catering. The space was clean and cosy for our stay. With plenty of utensils and facilities for our guests. The check in and check out process was stress free, and the owners were quick to reply to any enquiry’s made. Thank you so much for hosting.

We had a very nice stay! 3 couples and 4 young children was a bit close in terms of bedrooms, but the large living spaces, terrace and very spacious garden more than made up for that 😊 A stay that is pleasant both in winter and summer thanks to the spacious indoor and outdoor spaces, swimming pond and sauna. Very neatly maintained and equipped with everything, this house is clearly nurtured by the owners. Smooth communication with Andreea!

We had a great Easter family holiday together. The layout of the house worked very well for us. The clever use of putting bathrooms between bedrooms meant that nobody was disturbed even though we had a 2.5 month old and a 15 month old. The garden was lovely for the small dog and the 4 year old. The BBQ worked well. Lots of printed instructions about how to use certain items. The safety aspects; instructions, alarms, extinguishers were very professional. Plenty of seating and a wonderful dining table. I'm sure Steven will have corrected the address by now but it is 14A not 14. My daughter was confused for a while when she stopped at 14 as it did not look like any of the photos! We had pizzas from WoodPizza in Coo one evening. Then lunch at Le Vert de Pommier in La Gleize another day. I really recommend this amazing peaceful house.
