Everything is crooked & lopsided and low! Back-to-basic, cozy chatter instead of beeps but with infrared sauna. Lovely to relax before you roll into the nice double bed. To wake up in the morning with (or by) the smell of freshly baked rolls (bakery around the corner). Here you forget the hectic and stress of everyday life!

The apartment is located at garden level and includes an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a 1m80 double bed, a bathroom with shower and an independent toilet. It has a private entrance and a large terrace with two sheltered areas that can be heated, and it offers magnificent views of the valley.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

This 60 m² (646 sq. ft.) studio, located on the 3rd floor of a recently built building, features a fully equipped kitchen, shower room, private sauna, balcony, and fiber-optic Wi-Fi. A 10-minute walk to the center of Liège, 1 minute to Parc de la Boverie and its museum, close to Médiacité and Liège-Guillemins train station. Rur- Idylle II

Spacious apartment in a fantastic location in Simmerath-Dedenborn, located directly on the Rur. Our house is the ideal starting point for hikes on the Eifelsteig, around the Rursee and in the national park. From the private balcony you have a magnificent view of the Rur. Distance to the supermarket: 8 km From January 1, 2025, you will have to pay us an overnight accommodation fee (5% of the booking price) in cash. This amount must be passed on 1:1 to the municipalities!
