In dem 60 qm großen Appartement mit eigenem Eingang findest Du alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. 1 Doppelbett + 1 Schlafsofa- Platz für max. 4 Personen - Parkplatz vorm Haus In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß schon im Wald, auf dem 588 Meter hohen Michelsberg und kann in alle Richtungen wandern. Mit dem Auto ist man in einer guten halben Stunde am Nürburgring, an der Ahr, am Ruhrsee oder im Phantasialand Brühl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 km Entfernung. Hunde nach Absprache willkommen.

Small en-suite wet room with shower and toilet, basic cooking area with a double cooking hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and seating area. There is a tiny patio outside with seating. 28km to the Nürburgring. 4 hiking paths are just outside the front door. Very quiet country village. Shops, bank etc in nearby Ahrbrück (4km) Pets are welcome

Genieße das originelle Flair im liebevoll restaurierten Fachwerkhaus. Tolle Lage mit Sonnenterrasse an der Ahrquelle, See und diversen Restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig und Ahrradweg kreuzen hier. Sie haben den gesamten oberen Teil des Hauses für sich allein! Die Wohnung ist nicht abschließbar da Notausgang. Fast alle Gäste sind extrem zufrieden! Nicht gut geeignet für Allergiker, bei körperlichen Einschränkung und akustischer Sensibilität (Glocken). Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch!

Cet appartement de 41 m² se situe au rez-de-chaussée avec entrée séparée et comprend un living/cuisine, une chambre à coucher, un hall et une salle de bain. Il dispose d'un parking privé et d'un garage à vélos. Vous trouverez boulangerie/épicerie, boucherie, ainsi que pizzeria, sandwicherie, friterie et restaurants dans un rayon de 500 m.

Gîte à la campagne aménagé dans le corps de logis d'une ancienne ferme située en lisière du petit village de Gueuzaine de la Commune de Waimes, dans un environnement calme et verdoyant, à proximité des Hautes Fagnes et à environ 5 km des lacs de Bütgenbach et Robertville.

Sehr ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung in einem kleinen aber feinen Ort. In 250 m Entfernung befindet sich ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft. In 50 m Entfernung ist ein MTB Fahrrad Verleih. Fahrräder gibt es natürlich mit und ohne Unterstützung. Der Einstieg zum Eifelsteig und Ruruferradweg sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ebenso ist in der Dorfmitte ein 2019 errichteter großer Spielplatz. Im Ort gibt es ein neues sehr gutes Lokal. "Matthias im Gasthaus" Ein Besuch lohnt sich.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

A large glass sliding door gives lots of light in this spaceous studio.

Saturdays are light gray because you cannot arrive on that day.
