Perfect host and a great place to stay! Recommend!

We stayed a long weekend in the Bos en Buitenhuis, we had a wonderful time. The cottage is super nicely renovated and very nicely decorated. It is also wonderfully spacious, with plenty of seating for everyone, there is plenty of comfort. It is also equipped with all comforts, such as barbecue, place for a campfire, washing machine and dryer, Nespresso machine, spacious oven and induction plate. As a cherry on top, there was also the hot tub, which was enjoyable. Due to the green garden and the location in the corner of the park, you have plenty of privacy and you can enjoy the starry sky in the hot tub.

Lovely stay in a beautiful location with easy access to Amsterdam using public transport. Very helpful hosts with frequent communication answering any questions and even booking dinner on our behalf. Highly recommended!

The house was very well equipped for a family gathering. The kitchen was great for preparing family meals. We were 8 for part of our stay and the large dining room and lounge were ideal for our group. You do need a car or bike to get into Abcoude. Frustratingly parking in Abcoude is not good with 2 hour time limit so bit of a hassle to go to Amsterdam by train as required parking quite a distance from the station and walking but we figured a way that worked for us. The little restaurant next door is busy particularly at weekends but is handy for a bite to eat or a drink. The house has a lovely countryside setting which suited us but does come with drawbacks for example the WiFi isn’t great and the abundant bird life can be ‘messy’ but that’s nature😊 Would definitely stay again.

First of all the host is incredibly welcoming and proactive. He is very communicative and responsive to all your needs. Also he is very flexible with the check in and check out times. In addition, it is an amazing home that is near all the facilities you need to make your vacation a perfect one. Wonderful restaurants are in walking distance as is the supermarket and public transportation is easy accessible. The house was spotless and even better than pictured in listing. The host left us a wonderful welcome present to make us feel at home. In addition the house was stocked with all the necessities. In summary the house is filled with top-notch amenities, has an amazing location and an incredible host to give you and your family an unforgettable vacation. We definitely will be back in the near future.

Very welcoming, easily approachable. Beautiful location with lots of greenery, animals and tranquility. Nice, clean and well-equipped B&B with delicious breakfast. Enjoyed the wood stove. Recommended, even with young children!

We had a wonderful stay. Remco was always easy to reach and always responded and helped super quickly to requests. The surroundings are totally beautiful. Many restaurants are within walking distance and a supermarket is right next door. We highly recommend the place

We had a really nice stay at Nicolette's place. Perfectly situated to visit the "Groene Hart" of the Netherlands or go to Gouda, Utrecht… by bike. The house is on the beautiful river Vecht and is in a very quiet environment. Nicolette is also a very friendly and flexible host

Clean, unusual, renovation apartment is in pastoral place . We visited some interesting places in radius 1-1,5 hour driving: Urc, Enkhuizen, Zuiderzeemuseum, Giethoorn ,Zwolle(Park English Work), Museum de Fundatie/Kasteel Het Nijenhuis, Het Nationale Park De Hoge Veluwe. The stay at Marjolein and Michiel's was exceptionally nice and cozy. Quietly located, beautiful ambiance with private pond terrace and garden. Ideal for cycling tours to the World Heritage Site to the mills in Kinderdijk, Rotterdam, as well as to Dordrecht. The water bus is also highly recommended! Since my husband turned 60, Michiel had thoughtfully put a nice bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us in advance. Breakfast was very tasty and extensive. The beds are very comfortable. Overall, the room could be darkened well for sleeping. The car could be parked very safely in the courtyard. Thank you so much again for the wonderful stay!! Joke & Marcs place was ideal for us as it was well designed for a couple like us. The setting was peaceful and we could sit out in the evening with a drink overlooking the river. Everything we needed was provided and J&M were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you wish to explore South Holland.

Wow, what a lovely rustic location. Everything was sparkling clean, nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. The tranquility, green surroundings and privacy have done us a lot of good. The pool was a delight and felt like a true wellness experience. Maarten was a very likeable host. We will definitely come back more often!

It is a very cosy and familiar apartment. Peaceful and super close to Amsterdam and Den Hague. You feel fast at home. The breakfast was super, so we could enjoy our trip. I really recommend Mark as a host.

I have stayed at several Airbnbs in the past few years and had wonderful experiences with each. This place has been the best place I have stayed. The host Maaike, is absolutely wonderful. Easy to communicate with, helpful, friendly and kind. The place itself is exactly as advertised. A great hideaway not far from several great destinations in the Netherlands. Quiet, comfortable, and private. When I come back to the Netherlands again, I will absolutely stay here again.

Such a lovely cabin with a beautiful garden. It is much bigger than the pictures allow. Very close to bus station to get into Amsterdam and also about £20 - £30 Uber ride to Amsterdam. Martien is very lovely, and gave us a few suggestions to visit. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. 100% recommend.

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Alkmaar! It is close enough to enjoy all that the city has to offer, yet it also provides a beautiful, peaceful escape from the business and crowds. Han and Kelly were great hosts, providing helpful recommendations and even rides from the train station and into Alkmaar. We also enjoyed hanging out with the dog, cat and chickens! We would definitely stay here again.

The reception was very warm and personal. We felt right at home. The accommodation is tastefully decorated and nothing was missing. A great terrace with a view of a fantastic garden complete the feel-good atmosphere. The terrace is completely fenced, which makes a stay with a dog totally relaxing. We will be happy to come back.

The two were super friendly, the apartment nice and everything you need in it! We felt very comfortable.

We had a wonderful week at the Duinstudio. Particularly noteworthy is the equipment, everything is available, from kitchen accessories to the equipment in the bathroom with plenty of towels, bath mat, etc. A warm welcome from Annelies, who was always there to help. We really enjoyed sitting in the beautiful garden after a bike ride or a hike. Here, too, everything is well prepared, nice seating areas, charcoal for the grill, wood for the garden fireplace. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

This place is a real treasure. The house itself and the garden are absolutely beautiful, very cozy and clean and everything is attended to. Right from the beginning you can see and feel the love and work that Rose is putting into it. You‘ll find a lovely place in lovely surroundings out in the Dutch country side, but still close to everything „touristic“ you might want to do and see. The place is also perfect if you travel with your dog, since it‘s fully fenced and there‘s beautiful walking possibilities all around you. Rose and her family are very friendly, welcoming and always helpfull if needed. In short: We really enjoyed our stay together with our dogs and can fully hearted recommend it to anyone, anytime.
