In the heart of the Périgord Limousin Regional Natural Park, 30 minutes from Limoges: at the exit of the village, past the stone bridge, the alley of old trees welcomes you in a bath of greenery. The wooded land on 6 ha is nestled in a meander of the small river, the Gorre. The mill is located along the head race; a bamboo grove softens the northern flank while to the south, the terrace of the cottage overlooks the edge of the woods. The facade mirrors the old dwelling house and the ruined barn.

Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Single-storey holiday cottage of 105 m², with no stairs, surrounded by nature with a swimming pool and private pond. Fully independent, it accommodates up to 8 guests and offers a garden and sunny terrace. New 8 x 4 m swimming pool, maximum depth 1.60 m, equipped with a heating cover. A temporary terrace is in place, with outdoor landscaping planned for autumn and spring. We welcome you to a peaceful setting, ideal for relaxing with family, friends, or enjoying some quiet time alone.

Small cottage (classified 3 ***), isolated in the countryside, very cool with its 80 cm stone walls, equipped for 2, 4, or even 6 people in a small quiet village of Limousin. Single-story and adjoining our house, with a fenced garden. From October 1 to May 1, a flat rate of €15/night is required for electric heating, to be paid upon arrival. Check-in time is from 5 p.m. and check-out time is before 10 a.m. However, we remain flexible on these schedules. Animals allowed.

In this cozy and spacious apartment of more than 50 m², dating from around 1640, it is wonderful to stay. Thanks to the authentic, thick natural stone walls, it stays wonderfully cool in the summer. Towels, bedding and kitchen towels are already waiting for you, and you are welcome to make free use of our garden and natural swimming pond. And of course, everyone is welcome with us. You'll love staying there for its comfort and tranquility, with its southeast-facing terrace, jacuzzi and garden (not enclosed). PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.
