The view alone makes this place worth it. It will take your breath away. The unit has everything one would need to make a small breakfast or small meal and coffee on the terrace was spectacular. It was clean upon arrival. Location was great as we used it as a hub to get to the F1 events. While I researched Menton I didn’t know it was just a short walk away. It is such a beautiful quaint city we loved it. Don’t forget the old town of Roquebrune it was my favorite. We would consider coming back to this apartment.

Fantastic stay. Beautiful apartment, very clean and with all comforts! Beautiful location, waking up looking at the sea is priceless. In addition to the waterfront area, all the amenities at your fingertips and within walking distance. Hosts who are very kind and always attentive to every need. Highly recommended!

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

Great place for a family. Walking distance to restaurants and shops- as well as the sea. Balcony is a great feature. We were very pleased.

Beautiful house, comfortable, bright and spacious, very well located for those who want to visit Sanremo. We had all the advantages of being a few km from the city without the inconveniences of noise and crowds of tourists. Lorenzo welcomed us in person and gave us the tour of the property, explaining everything about the apartment and the neighborhood. During our stay he was available to answer our questions and to help us organize our outings. Thank you very much for hosting us. 🙂

Gianna and her husband are great and friendly people. They can always be reached. The apartment lacks nothing. It has everything you need. We were very pleased with the homemade olive oil and lemons. Absolute recommendation for those who like to have it quiet and want to explore the surroundings. Also suitable for trips to Monaco or Nice.

We miss the days and the beautiful view from the terrace. We were almost exclusively on foot to the city center of Ventimiglia about 15 minutes (to the market hall, to eat ice cream and to the train station) and by train (ride to Menton and Monaco). Perfect for us. The small beach below the house was charming and we went swimming almost every evening. Claudia is a top hostess. We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything, dear Claudia🥰.

Very well located apartment, 5mn drive from San Remo, breathtaking sea view, very clean and well renovated, good bedding, very nice terrace. Responsive owner. Only small downside, the road below is busy and noisy. But we had a great stay and enjoyed San Remo, its market, its restaurants etc. 

The apartment is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. A beautiful apartment where you immediately feel at home. Federico is a very friendly host and gave us valuable tips about the area, restaurants, etc. Check-in was very straightforward and you get all the instructions in advance.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location was perfect – with an extraordinary and fascinating view that inspired us every day. We would especially like to highlight Gabriella: Her reception was warm, open and very welcoming. We felt completely comfortable and welcome from the first moment. We had a very good time. The terrace is super nice and you really have sun from morning to evening. The kitchen also offers everything you need to cook something. Unfortunately, only the bed was a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, we had everything you need for a relaxing stay. The village of Cipressa is very nice and quiet and we often enjoyed ourselves in the restaurant Buona Vita. With a short drive you can reach the beach promenade.

We had a great Valentine's weekend at Piera's who made us feel very welcome. The apartment is remarkably clean, well kept including the outside, it was very nice. Piera and her daughter took care of us for the duration of the stay, even offering us their help in booking restaurants they had recommended to us, among other things. Clearly you can go there without a second thought, again a big thank you to our hosts and maybe see you next time!

You can go there with confidence, without a second thought. Everything matches the descriptions. Nothing to say about the cleanliness, the beauty of the studio, the calm, the organization, … . The contact with Marion was very friendly, attentive to the customer and above all did their utmost to satisfy their desire. I would highly recommend it✨

Spectacular view, great bus stop for those who want to visit Menton or go to Monaco station. Walking to Larvotto Beach requires a lot of stairs. Excellent parking in the basement of the house. Amèlie is very professional and responsive.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was very clean, exactly as described in the listing, and even exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. One of the highlights was the spa bath — such a relaxing touch after long days of exploring. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay feel very easy and convenient. The location was generally good — a bit far from the train station on foot, but we took a short taxi ride and it wasn’t a problem at all. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Greta location and amazing loft.

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Very nice apartment in beautiful Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. Located 1 min walk from railway station with short connection to Monaco. Catherine was very helpful and providing help and assistance to any transportation needs. Also very quickly responding if we had any general questions. Highly recommended!

The terrace is super nice and super big! We enjoyed it every morning and every evening. The location of the apartment is good, the beach is a 5-minute walk away (private beaches). The center can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot, alternatively there would also be a bus. The apartment was well decorated and clean. Silvia was very nice and came by in person for check-in/check-out. It was a great time and I can only recommend it.
