Felt at home as soon as I arrived here, the decor is lovely and is more spacious than I thought it would be. Also, the best shower I’ve had anywhere I’ve stayed! The flat gets so much light and you can open the big windows for a nice breeze. I thought a sofa bed would be an inconvenience but it was super easy to put away/get out. I felt very safe in the flat, a sturdy door and double lock. No disturbances from neighbours in the month I was there, people in the building were always friendly and said hello. Communal areas are kept clean. The location is great, super close to the train station for day trips and a short walk to the beach. And then Audrey is just so lovely, super friendly, replied quickly to any queries I had and always reminded me she was there if I had any questions/needed recommendations. If I could have stayed longer I would have, I recommend a stay here 100%.

Small apartment in a super central location, within a courtyard and therefore without a view of the sea, but very convenient for all services. I emphasize the extreme cleanliness, organization and order of the apartment, which is not obvious. It was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a short stay, the apartment is in great condition, all the decor, bathroom included, is new.

Dominque was an amazing host - extremely accommodating and friendly. The apartment was in a perfect location, very close to public transport and amenities. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend it! It's the perfect location, literally one minute from the Promenade des Anglais. The building itself is a magnificent piece of architecture. Linda is a wonderful host. I don't think I've ever been welcomed so warmly. Thank you once again, and I can't wait to come back soon!

From start to finish our entire experience staying at Ivan’s flat was excellent! Ivan was an amazing and clear communicator, very responsive and informative, our instructions for check-in, our stay, and check-out were clear, warm and welcoming. Ivan went above and beyond as a host to make our stay incredibly comfortable. The location of the flat was perfect to explore and walk everywhere we wanted to, it was just a short walking distance from the train station, and you walked out the door of the flat and you were right where there was a daily farmer’s market, excellent restaurants, an antique market just around the corner, and clothing and artist markets on other days of the week. We were steps away from a beautiful chapel, the ocean seawall, the Picasso Museum, and much more!! The rooms were spotless, bright, and had all the amenities we needed - a perfectly stocked kitchen to prepare meals in, a washer/dryer, a/c, wifi, and a very comfortable bed. We highly recommend! We had a great time. Great view over the bay. Lots of sun while drinking coffee in the morning. Spacious apartment for 4 persons. Host very nice.

Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

The accommodation is very well located and well-equipped. The small balcony is a real plus. The nights are quiet despite a little traffic on the boulevard. François's welcome was warm and complete, we would gladly come back.

Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

Everything was great, apartment was clean and well-equipped. Quiet neighborhood. Short distance to old town, shopping and train station. Very comfortable bed. Balcony was also nice having sunshine. We were very satisfied.

Nice place to stay The owner very responsive to questions and respectful , it's very pleasant the Beach is 2 min walk, transport nearby and pleasant again thank you I highly recommend to the person who wants to come to Nice it is very well located and it has everything around or a few minutes for shopping, eating etc ... Wonderful apartment and an excellent host. The apartment is nice, spacious, really close to the train station and Catherine even helped us to find a taxi one day to return from a dinner. She was very helpful with everything we needed. Would love to come back other times 🥰

Not even 2 minutes from the train station. Lovely view and near a lidl and some other little supermarkets which is very convenient. 10 mins max from either tram line too. Host is super quick getting back to you when you need anything which is great. Place was gorgeous! Jacuzzi was lovely. Had on his listing that is had scaffolding but there wasn’t any when we got there 10/10 loved out stay
