The view alone makes this place worth it. It will take your breath away. The unit has everything one would need to make a small breakfast or small meal and coffee on the terrace was spectacular. It was clean upon arrival. Location was great as we used it as a hub to get to the F1 events. While I researched Menton I didn’t know it was just a short walk away. It is such a beautiful quaint city we loved it. Don’t forget the old town of Roquebrune it was my favorite. We would consider coming back to this apartment.

Soggiorno fantastico. Appartamento bellissimo, pulitissimo e con tutti i comfort! Stupenda la posizione, svegliarsi guardando il mare non ha prezzo. In più zona lungomare, tutti i servizi a portata di mano e raggiungibili a piedi. Host gentilissimi e sempre attenti ad ogni esigenza. Consigliatissimo!

Questa casa è un sogno, andarsene è davvero difficile. Mariella è un host perfetto, massima disponibilità nei nostri confronti e gentilezza nel darci consigli sulla zona. Speriamo di tornare presto e poterci godere questa splendida località in questo meraviglioso appartamento. Grazie!

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

Great place for a family. Walking distance to restaurants and shops- as well as the sea. Balcony is a great feature. We were very pleased.

Belle maison, confortable, lumineuse et spacieuse très bien située pour ceux qui veulent visiter Sanremo. Nous avons eu tous les avantages d'être à quelques km de la ville sans les inconvénients du bruit et des foules des touristes. Lorenzo nous accueilli en personne et nous a fait le tour du propriétaire en nous expliquant tout à propos de l'appartement et du quartier. Pendant notre séjour il a été disponible pour répondre à nos questions et pour nous donner un coup de main pour organiser nos sorties. Merci beaucoup pour l'accueil 🙂

Gianna und ihr Mann sind tolle und freundliche Menschen. Sie sind immer erreichbar. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr über das selbstgemachte Olivenöl und die Zitronen gefreut. Absolute Empfehlung wer es gerne ruhig hat und die Umgebung erkunden möchte. sowie für Ausflüge nach Monaco oder Nizza geeignet.

Wir vermissen die Tage und die wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse. Wir waren fast ausschliesslich zu Fuss bis in die Innenstadt von Ventimiglia ca. 15 Minuten (zur Markhalle, zum Eisessen und bis zum Bahnhof) und mit der Bahn (Fahrt nach Menton und Monaco) unterwegs. Für uns perfekt. Der kleine Strand unterhalb des Hauses war bezaubernd und wir waren fast jeden Abend schwimmen. Claudia ist eine Top-Gastgeberin. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Appartement très bien situé, à 5mn en voiture de San Remo, vue imprenable sur la mer, très propre et bien rénové, bonne literie, très belle terrasse. Propriétaire réactif. Seul petit bémol, la route en contrebas est passante et bruyante. Mais nous avons passé un excellent séjour et profité de San Remo, son marché, ses restaurants etc.. 

Die Unterkunft ist in einem schönen und ruhigen Quartier gelegen. Eine Wunderschöne Wohnung, in der man sich sofort wie zuhause fühlt. Federico ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben über die Umgebung, Restaurants usw. Das Check-in lief ganz unkompliziert ab und man bekommt im voraus alle Anweisungen.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Die Lage war perfekt – mit einer außergewöhnlichen und faszinierenden Aussicht, die jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert hat. Besonders möchten wir Gabriella hervorheben: Ihr Empfang war herzlich, offen und sehr gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Die Terrasse ist super schön und man hat wirklich von morgens bis abends Sonne. Auch die Küche bietet alles, um sich etwas zu kochen. Nur das Bett war leider etwas unbequem. Ansonsten hatten wir alles was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Das Dörfchen Cipressa ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen und wir haben es uns häufig im Restaurant Buona Vita gut gehen lassen. Mit einer kurzen Autofahrt erreicht man die Strandpromenade.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end de saint-Valentin chez Piera qui nous a accueillis très chaleureusement. L’appartement est remarquablement propre, bien tenu y compris l’extérieur, c’était très agréable. Piera et sa fille ont été aux petits soins avec nous durant toute la durée du séjour allant même jusqu’à nous proposer leur aide pour réserver des restaurants qu’elles nous avaient recommandés entre autres. En clair vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, encore un grand merci à nos hôtes et peut être à une prochaine fois !

Vous pouvez aller en toute confiance, les yeux fermés. Tout correspond aux descriptions. Rien à dire sur la propreté, la beauté du studio, le calme, l’organisation, … . Le contact avec Marion a été très amicale, à l’écoute du client et surtout fait le maximum pour satisfaire leur envie. Je recommande vivement.✨

El lugar es muy lindo. Philip es muy amable y preparó todo para nuestra estancia fuera muy placentera. Recomiendo totalmente que se queden con el si van a Mónaco

séjour en famille très agréable en avril. la vue sur la mer est magnifique. L'aménagement autour est très beau. Nous sommes arrivés tard mais Meriam nous a envoyé toutes les infos par vidéo. Au top, je recommande.

Panorama spettacolare, ottimo la fermata del bus per chi vuole visitare Menton oppure recarsi alla stazione di Monaco. A piedi per raggiungere Larvotto Beach bisogna fare tantissime scale. ottimo parcheggio nel sotterraneo della Casa. Amèlie è molto professionale e reattiva.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was very clean, exactly as described in the listing, and even exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. One of the highlights was the spa bath — such a relaxing touch after long days of exploring. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay feel very easy and convenient. The location was generally good — a bit far from the train station on foot, but we took a short taxi ride and it wasn’t a problem at all. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Отличный лофт в самом центре города, но с большими чемоданами сюда лучше не заселяться, тк лестница на 5 этаж огромная Но расположение квартиры очень хорошее, хозяин всегда был на связи

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Very nice apartment in beautiful Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. Located 1 min walk from railway station with short connection to Monaco. Catherine was very helpful and providing help and assistance to any transportation needs. Also very quickly responding if we had any general questions. Highly recommended!

Die Terrasse ist super schön und super gross! Wir haben die jeden Morgen und jeden Abend genossen. Die Lage von der Wohnung ist gut, der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar (Privatstrände). Das Zentrum ist in etwa 25 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen, alternativ gäbe es auch einen Bus. Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet und sauber. Silvia war sehr nett und kam persönlich für den Check-in/-out vorbei. Es war eine super Zeit und ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.
