The chalet is a warm and comfy place to relax, cool off, hike/bike a trail or two, enjoy long-range views as the chalet elevation is 3,383 feet (Mt Mitchell is 6,683), listen to some good music, sip your favorite drink and rejuvenate your soul. NO four-wheel drive is needed to get to the chalet EXCEPT possibly in the winter months. The mountain roads are curvy and the subdivision is steep in parts but ALL the roads are paved and well maintained. Dog accepted w/ prior approval (fee applies).

Enjoy the beautiful views on our private 1.5 acre lot! We are offering our 2 bedroom/2 bath home with a fire place located in Burnsville NC just off Hwy 19E. Outside, enjoy views while sitting on the large covered deck, or sit on the stone patio around the fire pit looking at the stars.. Our gravel road has been completely redone..no longer a problem for any vehicle. (All wheel drive vehicles are recommended during the months of December thru end of February, If severe weather is forecasted)

A hidden grassy knoll overlooking enchanting views, and surrounded by apple trees and trails. This is primitive camping, so there's no bathroom/shower, just you and nature. It's a 5-10 minute uphill walk from parking unless you have 4 wheel drive. This site is very private, but is also part of Snaggy Mountain, a 67 acre music/arts based farm, and we all cherish the peace and quiet of the night here, so there is NO PARTYING OR LOUD NOISES.
