This lovely old railway cottage has been family owned for 50 years and recently refurbished. It boasts a good sized kitchen and living room, log burner and pantry. It has an authentic stairway leading to 3 bedrooms and smart bathroom with shower and bath. The stairs are steep and windy with no hand rail so unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. It has a private garden with patio and seating for 8, ungated but situated within a secure gated courtyard. Please note the need to take bed linen.

Crabpot cottage is 60-seconds from Wells harbour in the heart of the town. It is a snug, self-contained 200-years old 'fisherman's cottage' built on the foundations of a much older building. It offers cosy living space, gardens and parking. Wood burner, central heating, modern kitchen, washing machine and WiFi make it ideal for short breaks. It works really well for couples or small families who love a character cottage. It is not suitable for groups larger than 4 or anyone expecting a hotel!

The cabin is also dog friendly.

The harbour is just two minutes away with stunning walks out to the sea and ferry to Scolt Head Island where hours can be spent with a picnic in the dunes!

Burnham Overy Staithe is a little coastal village with one Pub and a bus stop - both opposite the house. Just two minutes walk to the creek. Sea view from the top floor. Inviting for long walks and wood burners waiting for you in the house. Originally, restored as our family home. All our books are in the house from travels and time, living abroad - toys from our little children in a beautiful hand painted toy box.

The Blue Room - Sleeps 2 Brancaster Staithe

The Blue Room is a spacious ground floor studio for two people in Brancaster Staithe. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Brancaster Staithe and within walking distance of The Jolly Sailors Pub, The White Horse Pub, Coastliner Bus Stop and a short distance from many other coastal amenities. Unfortunately, the accommodation is not suitable for Pets or Children/Infants.
