Beautiful grade II listed water mill house on the North Norfolk coast just 15 minutes walk to fashionable Burnham Market and with wonderful walks out to the dunes and sea. The house has a large airy sitting room with a gallery and a log burner and a well equipped kitchen. There are four double bedrooms, two with king size beds, one with adult-size bunk beds and one with twin beds. The gallery has a sofa bed. Marshview is a beautifully presented 3 storey cottage just off the quayside and a short walk to the interesting local shops. The accommodation is of a high quality and furnished to a good specification. There is a small toilet down stairs, a sitting room with wall mounted smart TV and also the WIFI. The kitchen has a ceramic topped electric cooker, washer /dryer, American fridge freezer, microwave, dish washer and washing machine. It is has lovely views over the pinewoods and sea views.

Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.
