Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Burley

The property was perfect, the pictures are lovely and they reflect the quality. The property once there is outstanding and very peaceful. It’s one of those hidden Gem AirBnBs, we loved the stay and will hopefully return.

We are home after a Mon- Fri half term break at Admiral’s Watch, and we have had a wonderful time. Before we arrived we had clear directions from Nicky along with a really helpful list of recommendations for places to go with the kids. Getting to the property was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. The area is peaceful and completely beautiful. The small precinct of shops/ restaurants within the terrace was useful and didn’t intrude on our stay at all. The property itself is beautiful and just like the photos- the sea is right in front of the apartment making the views amazing. Nicky has styled the property beautifully and there was plenty of space for us as a family of four plus our dog. Activity wise I would recommend a trip to nearby Hurst Castle, and a meal at the Cliff House restaurant which was a short stroll away. Totally recommended, we had a great stay. Our international friends who were visiting from Sweden were very happy here. Everything they needed was supplied and the place was nice and tidy and clean. Peaceful quiet area only a short walk from the beach. Everything was disability friendly too.

Great place to stay for our weekend away. Beautiful surrounding countryside. Lisa’s place was very comfortable and we felt right at home.

Thank you for a very enjoyable stay! We thought the property was just right for us. We certainly loved seeing all cows in the field, don't think we've ever seen that many in 1 field before. The birds were very entertaining on the feeder & we saw a woodpecker for the first time. We felt right at home & the bed and furnishings were cosy and comfortable. Lucy was very friendly & greeted us when we first arrived. All communication was proactive and helpful. Thanks for a great week guys!

Holly Cottage is beautiful. We enjoyed 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The cottage is really comfortable and peaceful. The hot tub was fabulous and thankfully without the strong chemical smell and feel you get with some. The open plan living area and kitchen provides a great space for cooking and chatting. The location is also superb. Easy walk to village and beautiful places for dog walking. Zoe was responsive throughout our booking and we would not hesitate to stay in her wonderful house again.

what a lovely place. the photos do not make justice to the lovely cottage. excellent location, specially if you have a dog. lots of walks literally on your door step. plenty to see and do around the area, so green, so much nature. the cottage garden is lovely, you the sun all day long. we will definitely will be back, and we will bring our own colander and table cloth as we couldn't find any 🤣🤣🤣. this cottage worth the money and I am looking forward to be there again.

The house is exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious. The whole house is very well maintained. The location is superb. Absolutely nothing to complain about. I would thoroughly recommend it. Our hosts were very easy to contact and made sure we knew everything and had everything.

Second time we’ve stayed here. Just as great as the first time. Love the location, so central. Great pubs, restaurants, shops and walks nearby. This Airbnb has everything you need & super comfy beds.

A super flat at a very handy location in the centre of Brockenhurst, a 10 minute walk from the railway station. We particularly appreciated the spacious and well equipped kitchen. There is easy to access to numerous walking routes in the New Forest, both on foot and by train. Brockenhurst itself has numerous restaurants and pubs and a significant WW1 connection with NZ, about which there is a wealth of information at the parish church of St Nicholas and its churchyard.

Last minute booking for myself and daughter to go riding at stables in local area. Perfect location surrounded by owners and guests horses. We even saw badgers in the field from kitchen window. And wonderful to wake up to views of horses. As stated by previous guests, flat is dated but more than made up by fact it is spotlessly clean and the double bed was extremely comfortable. Only slight downside if a couple are using double bed was that it can only be accessed from one side which wasn’t clear in photos. Sadly didn’t get to meet Helen but hopefully we’ll be able to come back again in future. Thank you for a lovely all too short stay.

We had a great stay in Lymington. The flat was very light and airy and extremely clean. It was ideally located at the end of the High Street, so that it was not far from the station, the shops, restaurants/pubs and Lymington harbour. Everything was a short walk away from the flat. We had a great harbour cruise with Puffin Cruises on the Saturday morning. The Ship Inn was less than a 5 minute walk away from the flat and we had a delicious meal there on Saturday lunchtime. This was our first visit to Lymington and we would love to return and stay again in Reagen's flat.

Beth’ s place is amazing. A calm and peaceful haven. From the thoughtful welcome card to the incredibly kind extra touches like bread, milk and eggs. Beth has created the most fantastic experience for guests. We had a fabulous 8 nights and really recommend this as a perfect place to stay.

Very nice place, with a clean and modern interior. Easy access to the beach and a short walk to the town centre for shops and amenities. The only negative is the limited parking, which might require you to park on the streets nearby (which is free).

Jane my partner and I feel very welcome at her accommodation. We will certainly be using her space again when visiting the area. Thank you!

Louise’s place was just perfect. It was exactly what I was after. The kitchen was well equipped, the sofa was comfy, the mattress was terrific. Plus, all of Lyndhurst and the New Forest are right on your doorstep. (Don’t miss out on hiring a bike from Woods Cyclery right across the road!) I would very happily stay again. 💕

This little apartment is a little gem, centrally located you can travel to the main places of interest in about 30 minutes. Great pubs and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment and the lift made being in the loft apartment so easily accessible.

Julie was a fantastic host, she was very responsive and helpful. The flat was lovely, it was in a great central location and was well equipped, homely and pristine. There were thoughtful touches such as the welcome hamper and a useful parking permit. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or to return again.

Just what we expected,some really nice touches like the biscuits and fruit. Quiet and private.

1 Spire View was a fantastic apartment - spotlessly clean with every possible amenity. It was ideally situated for walking in the New Forest without having to drive, as well as being only a short distance to Portsmouth, (Spinnaker Tower & D-Day Museum & Tapestry) Exbury Gardens, & Winchester Cathedral - all recommended. Angela always responded promptly to any questions we had both before our arrival & whilst we were there. I would thoroughly recommend the accommodation.

Rose's place is beautifully clean and comfortable. We were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. We loved relaxing in the beautiful garden and very much appreciated the thoughtful note that had been left, along with the generous provision of breakfast and hot drink items. We had two great meals out, one at The Ship and one at The George. It was so easy to get into the forest for walks. A great stay and we would thoroughly recommend!

Nice peaceful location, a short walk from the town & on down to the quay. Nice allocated off street parking. Property all as described.

Such a fantastic place to stay with great hosts too!! It was only a short walk to the beach and to the shops which was perfect for our family. But it was equally wonderful to be able to sit in the flat and look out at the stunning view of the sea too. It definitely felt like a home away from home! Thank you Louis!
