Experience luxury with this spacious accommodation combining the character of the old and the comfort of the contemporary. Completely redone by an interior designer, it has beautiful floors, fireplaces and refined decor. The living room has been completely redone and updated photos are in progress. You will enjoy the charm of an old apartment in an ideal location with all the contemporary advantages. Breakfast, towels and bedding are included. Baby crib possible. It is not intended to accommodate more than 4 adults. Guests have access to the entire property. I am always available via email and phone. The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to Perrache train station and a few minutes walk to old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by moving around on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a small urban elevator. Public parking 150 meters from the apartment. Building door access code 2931

Very nice apartment on the 2nd floor of a 19th century bourgeois house, in the heart of a century-old park, recommended by Le Petit Futé. An enchanted enclave in the heart of the city, less than a 5-minute walk to the train station and tourist center. The 2 bedrooms, very spacious, each have a 160 x 200 bed and a desk. My house is the ideal place to rest and to enjoy historical Burgundy . Nested in a green and peaceful countryside, this independent guest house has a bedroom, a bathroom, a large kitchen downstairs and a second bedroom and a playroom upstairs. The kitchen being very large, I put 2 armchairs so you can enjoy the fire or watch TV. My house is perfect as well if you are on a professional trip in the area.
