Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Cozy cottage in the heart of Morvan Park

Petit cottage rénové avec soin au coeur du parc naturel du Morvan avec une magnifique vue sur la vallée de la Cure. Situé en bordure d'un petit hameau proche commerces et entouré de nombreux chemins de randonnée. Salle à manger/salon, cuisine équipée. Une chambre en mezzanine avec lit double et une chambre de 4 couchages à l'étage (1 lit double et 2 lits simples), salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne, wc séparés. Jardin attenant avec table extérieure face à la vue et barbecue.

Charming little cottage, ideal for holidays for couples, families or groups of friends. NO WIFI, TV with DVD player + DVD CD - 15-min walk to the lake, mercantine beach. - a large balcony overlooking the forest and lake views, possibility of barbecues. - nice bathroom with walk-in shower. - Fireplace (wood at the supermarket) -equipped kitchen -1 bedroom with a 140x200 bed (open to the living room but separated by furniture) -2 90x200 beds in the living room.

Our recently fully renovated cottage is set in the middle of a large garden on the edge of the pretty village of Montigny sur Loing. A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare Fontainebleau forest famous for its boulders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. 2.50€ a ride. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.

The Charm of the Lake

House on the lake, pleasant and quiet. Fireplace! Very comfortable for holidays or work. Terrace, garden, orchard accessible to guests. You will be 100 meters from the beach and the nautical base (pedal boat, canoe...). A trail, popular with joggers and walkers, allows you to go around the lake (5 km). The city of Langres, less than 10 km away, will be appreciated for its rich heritage and shops. No shops in the village.
