It is a fully independent house with garden with lots of privacy. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with pellet stove and a new open kitchen, which is equipped with all comforts. Behind the house is a private garden with terrace. On the second floor are a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 4 beds and a laundry room with washing machine.

All facilities are located on the ground floor. The sea is within cycling distance, where the quietest beaches of the Netherlands are located.

Between Westfriesche omringdijk and Zee is the small rural village of Burgerbrug. At the back of the barn is a cozy apartment where you can relax wonderfully. The area is beautiful. There is no breakfast service. However, there is a fridge, combi microwave and 2-burner induction cooktop. TV in the bedroom is for streaming only. Private shower and toilet. Our cozy holiday bungalow in the park "de Watersnip" in the coastal town of Petten is close to the beach and the canals around the park. From the parking lot, you go by a small shell path to our private, hedged retreat. The park de Watersnip, in which our MEERZEIT is located, also has great leisure facilities (pool, etc.) available to our tenants & guests. Our B&B is located in the heart of Waarland, with Alkmaar, Schagen and Heerhugowaard are within cycling distance. It is a guest house for 4 people, suitable for a family with older children. There is no train station in Waarland, and there are no buses in the evening. Without a car, we may not be the right location. For stays longer than 5 days, a discount is given, but you must provide your own breakfast.
