All facilities are located on the ground floor. Such as a spacious sitting area with views of the West-Frisian Circular Dyke, a cooking island and a spacious bathroom with a free-standing bath and separate shower. A garden with terrace is provided. The sea is within cycling distance, where the quietest beaches of the Netherlands are located.

Nearby are beautiful cycling and hiking routes. Schoorl's mountain bike course is 5 km away. Cities in the near area are Schagen and Alkmaar. In short, a holiday destination with plenty of possibilities.

Between Westfriesche enringdijk and Zee is the small rural village of Burgerbrug. In the back of the barn is a cozy apartment where you can relax wonderfully. The surroundings are wonderful. Breakfast service is not provided. However, there is a fridge, combination microwave and 2 burner induction hob provided. TV in the bedroom is for streaming only. Private shower and toilet. Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms. Completely on your own. At the back a spacious garden room with fireplace and also its own garden. The garden room can be heated with the fireplace . In the winter it can be too cold to sit there only with the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bath and a double shower. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Wonderful apartment to stay entirely on your own and enjoying the tranquility!

We had a great stay in the little dune. House is very small, but cozy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The holiday settlement was quiet, by car you could quickly reach many beautiful places and especially the sea. Both us and our dog felt very comfortable overall. The contact with Mirja was very straightforward and kind.

We had a lovely stay at Cor's place. He is a great host, super friendly and helpful. He provided lots of tips for the area and was really easy to reach. The place was perfect - you have everything you need in the tiny house, and it was spotless. There are nice day trips around the area and the bungalow park itself is really inviting and private. We especially loved the completely fenced garden for our dog - he had a great time, too! But mostly, we appreciated Cor's friendly and kind nature. He is a great guy and we felt at home right away. We will gladly come back and would definitely recommend staying there. :)

Frank welcomed us warmly in his great apartment and gave us a nice little tour of the premises. He was available 24/7 and had even given us various tips and excursion destinations before arrival, which were tailored to our preferences. The apartment was neat, clean and there was really NOTHING missing! The area is nice and quiet, few tourists and a beautiful, clean and spacious beach. Perfect also for our dog. Our highlight was the nearby town of Alkmar with its market and also the CSD Pride Parade on the water, which we happened to come across. Absolutely recommended and super nice residents. All in all our stay was perfect. It couldn't have been better and we are sad that the short vacation is already over. We will definitely come back if we felt right at home. Thank you, Frank, for your efforts!

We thank you very much for a wonderful family vacation in the cozy apartment overlooking the fields. The hosts welcomed us warmly, despite the delay due to the heavy traffic. The apartment is really well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The washer and dryer were also super helpful. On rainy days, the children were delighted by small surprises from Elly. The cat and the trampoline were also highlights for the children in addition to the extraordinary closet bed. The garden is very well maintained and the location was perfect for us. Close to nature, quiet and with seating in front of the house. For families, we recommend a trip to Den Helder to the rescue museum, with the bikes you can ride beautifully through the dunes and the forest in Schoorl. The beaches are beautiful, empty and with great places to stop. We love the area and recommend traveling outside the Dutch holidays
