The listed and lovingly restored in 2005, nuclear facility is situated in South Gohlis: Gohliser between the castle and the Schiller House (here, Schiller wrote his "Ode to Joy"), 2 minutes from the park, "Rosenthal" away. Until the famous Leipzig Zoo is a 15 minute walk. The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Lovingly renovated, high-quality; fully equipped cottage (ca. 85m² on 2 levels): Ground floor: Entrance into the winter garden with panoramic view over the terrace to Naumburg, which is also dining / lounge, kitchen, bathroom with tub and wellness shower, bedroom with double bed and possibly child's bed (on-site). The on-site folding bed can be placed in winter garden. 1st floor: living room with sofa, TV, desk, sofa bed (160x195cm) and 2 armchairs which can be converted into a bed (105x193cm).

Be our guests! We offer accommodation for up to 5 people in a separate apartment in a historic villa with large terrace and garden. The location is centrally located in the Lindenau district and well connected to public transport. On the street side, we run a small wine shop. From my centrally located accommodation, you are in no time at all the important places. The marketplace is only a 3-minute walk away, the Saale bike trail is right around the corner, just like the train station in Weißenfels and the sights. Make yourself at home in my apartment. It is equipped for a maximum of 6 people, with two box spring beds and a sofa bed in the apartment. Linens & towels are included. No parties allowed!

The apartment (58 m²) is centrally located and is on the 3rd floor of a listed house. It consists of a bedroom, separate living room, kitchen and bathroom. A small roof terrace is accessible to athletic guests via the bathroom window. The apartment is individually, stylishly and functionally furnished. Bicycles can be stored if necessary. Naumburg Cathedral and the market square are within a 5-minute walk.
